After spending almost $500 for pre cataract exam, i asked the clinic to have the tech who administered my exam to call me. Two weeks go by, no call. Then one week before the scheduled surgery they call to confirm. But until I speak with the tech, I wont confirm the appointment. Wait for 3 more days, then I cancel. Now, three months later I call them on the last day of the year to get my rd for a new pair of glasses. - not wanting to lose my insurance benefit, and they promise to call the optical company with the ifo. Wait, wait for 2 hours at the store, until I am sent home with a promise she will call when Minnesota Eye Consultants calls them t them back. Three hours later she calls me to say she hasnt heard a thing. I call them to be greeted by a recording saying our offices have closed early to celebrate new years eve. I will NEVER do business with these yahoos. I have never been treated with more disrespect. they call

I recently had Dr. Mark Hansen perform refractive laser correction (PRK) on my eyes at the Minnetonka clinic location. My initial consultation was thorough, yet streamlined well, so that the amount of time at the clinic was not overly long. His technicians were knowledgeable and very friendly. Dr. Hansen took a generous amount of time explaining the procedure to me, answering my questions in detail. On the day of my procedure, I had full confidence in Dr. Hansen and the correction he had planned for me. He has a very kind manner about him, making me feel that he genuinely cared about ME as a patient and that I would be happy with my vision results. He reached his intended goal, as I am now seeing 20/20!!! Thank you Dr. Hansen for the wonderful work you did! I highly recommend Minnesota Eye Consultants and Dr. Mark Hansen to anyone!

Very disappointed! I tried several times to schedule an appointment. Each time I called I was transfered to a "Susan" and recieved her voice mail. I never recieved a call back. I had the same experiece today. From other ratings you can see this is a common occurrence. Ill save you some time by telling you to go somewhere else.

Fantastic doctors. Received the best eyeglass prescription ever. They took care of my narrow-angle glaucoma like pros. Nobody else diagnosed it, but these folks caught it. Best eye doctors Ive ever been to -- and Ive been to quite a few.

Just had my chekup appointment at the clinic. They have friendly informed staff, I got in and out in a timely manner and renewed my prescription! Very happy with my experience here I will continue coming back!
