Urgent care check-in took long, but once in the emergency room the nurses were helpful, empathetic and thorough. The team introduced themselves followed with procedure and treatment plan. During the care of stitching me up the nurse and/ or Dr. Simpson reassured what they were doing and what to expect. After my positive experience, I was eager to tell my family and close friends of North Memorials revamped business model. People followed up with how well the stitches / wound appeared. When I went back to North Memorial clinic in Eden Prairie, Dr. Christina Manders and her assistant assured me of the wonderful work and care Dr. Simpson had done. Before getting stitched up doctors and nurses said "there will be a major scar". 10 days later scaring has dramatically decreased and will be minimal if I follow treatment plan and suggestions. If ever in need of urgent care, I feel confident in the treatment and care of North Memorial in Minnetonka!

Very clean. Love the fireplace as you walk in. All staff was very welcoming and friendly and the Drs are terrific and knowledgeable, I highly recommend them, esp. Dr Khan. The only bad thing I will say is that all the Specialty offices seem to be in one room which is odd to me and not marked so if you are going there for your first time and your paperwork is wrong then you really dont know where you are going.

I brought my 16 month old son here with a 104 degree fever. I was so concerned that we would have to sit in a crowded waiting room before we could be seen, but I was extremely surprised and impressed to see how quickly we were admitted (immediately) and how well they were staffed. The nurses and physician had a great bedside manner and were attentive. We will absolutely make this our urgent care center of choice.

Staff called an hour before appointment to tell me they did not schedule enough time for a procedure. When I called back, they admitted their mistake, I cancelled the appointment, and then they had the gaul to register me as a no show! The original appointment was scheduled for the procedure a month in advance.

I went to this marvelous facility last Saturday evening, feeling horrible. The staff was wonderful. From the nice lady at the front desk, all the nurses and a great paramedic Tyler. Dr Connelly as kind , helpful, and answered all questions. This is a wonderful place to be when you are ill. FIVE STARS

The service was fine, but I was billed $316 for a 15 minute appointment in which the doctor checked my breathing for a minute or two and told me I had bronchitis but it was almost gone. If you can bill someone that much for a basic service, its time for me to become a doctor.

Courteous and attentive staff, The doctor knew my illness within 2 minutes of the visit and it was a highly misdiagnosed syndrome, if I didnt go there I would have made myself sicker!
