worst ongoing experience Ive had yet, met 2 nice drs or maybe 3 then was scheduled for my main appointment and was given no help and more concerning to me was i was DEFINITELY shown no compassion by Emily Sinnwell. Im only going here because its the only place my insurance takes, although Im reconsidering this, the treatment Ive received after my initial visit has been so poor....i dont know what to do at this point....I left feeling disrespected after my second appointment. SMH..... I dont know what to do at this point besides figure out how to go back to my old drs, they actually cared....i cant afford it though? Thanks? i rarely write reviews but the treatment I received, has me in such a confusion this review was nessecary..... :(

went there for a foot injury for my 3 yr old. the nurse was very rude!!!! how are u can u ask a 3 yr old who says no to everything cuz she doesnt understand and ask if she feels safe in the home? then to give me a dirty look!!! and 2 do u always talk to kids w pure attitude? wont be going back!

I have always had positive experiences here at Primary Health Care. The receptionists are courteous and prompt and the medical staff is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Katy, Sallie, Austin and Satheesh are all great!

Katy is an awesome provider and the nurses have been nothing but extremely kind. I mainly go for issues with my mental health and the staff is all very empathetic.
