They definitely need to improve on communication and follow up. Over-all the staff & doctors are very friendly - good bedside manners. However, I had a nurse place the blood pressure cuff on my bare arm and after telling her it was hurting me she did nothing! I went though my whole procedure in pain. Another nurse took it off and it looked like I had just gone though torture. Not good at all! I did let them know about the problems. Administration/Management needs to work on the procedures for better patient experience.

After surgeru they just sent me on my way. They didnt discharge me. They were supposed to send home the person in the room next to me. Sent me home after back surgery with no meds. Then when i called to talk to someone. They had given me the run around for 4 months. The director finally called me about a week ago. And said he sees it happen. But when he talks to the staff no one remember. Really? Yessbecause its beem four months and now you are addressing it with the staff. Yea. A joke if you ask me.

Got ingections done for a herniated disc aboutique 6 days ago, went well...then the migraine started. I have to get a blood patch because the headache had me unable to even care for children. And they call it a coincidence. Unbelievable. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
