Super Helpful ! I am sorry that Patrick had a bad experience with this excellent team of doctors. I have to believe that that was a unique situation - very scary and I am glad your daughter was able to find an emergency provider. I chose Fairview Lakeville Clinic after moving to the area 6 years ago. I interviewed several doctors at different locations before selecting this clinic. I could not have been more fortunate. As a cancer survivor, my medical care team is more important to me than to a healthy individual - for example my husband (who also is seen at the clinic and is equally pleased). They have same day appointments and "MyChart" online access to message your care team and request refills, schedule appointments. They are open Saturdays too. The front desk receptionists are friendly and helpful. The nurses are happy to help you with advice and information over the phone. The RNs treat you with respect and humor. Although, I do have a specific doctor at Fairview Lakeville that supervises my care, I am never hesitant to see the other doctors or his Physician Assistant, because they work together as a team to help me live the best life possible. They will help you too! I am not hesitant to recommend this clinic wholeheartedly. I give them my highest recommendation.

This is the second time Ive called in the last month to try schedule an appointment and receptionist (Adam) was very unprofecional the first time I called. I changed my insurance so that my daughter is able to go back to see Dr Hedkee again and he refused to schedule an appointment because he said first I have to call my insurance company to see if my insurance would cover, I told him that Ive already know you guys can take my insurance otherwise I wouldnt switched my insurance, very rude he said you still have to call to make sure and then call us back just to tell him the same thing Ive already told him. I called back again on a different day and someone else answered the phone she was very nice, she asked if my daughters insurance had changed and I said yes, so all she did was asked what kind of insurance does my daughter have now, I gave her the information and with no hesitation she scheduled the appointment. Adam didnt even asked me to update my daughters information because he of course didnt took the time to looked up her name. When we used to go to this clinic back in 2015 I never had this issue...

Like Patrick, I am new to the area. My daughter had an ear ache so I googled nearby clinics and found that this was closest to our house. I called an made an appointment and they were able to see us that day at 3:00. The clinic had a new look to it, and was very clean. We arrived for our appointment at 2:45 and the doc was taking her vitals by 3:00. So, we were scene right when our appointment was scheduled for, not half hour later. The staff I encountered were courteous and friendly. The doctor was very good with my 11 year old daughter, and had a unique sense of humor to make an uncomfortable ear ache as easy as he could. As Susan said, I am sorry Patrick had a bad encounter. If this happened to me, I would probably be writing a completely different review myself. However, in the three times Ive been there, I have found the service to be above average.

We are new to the area and havent found a family physician yet. So when the school nurse called and said my daughter needed to be seen at a clinic ASAP for a serious reaction to a bee sting, I called the nearest clinic - this one - only to be put on hold for 12 minutes. So I drove directly to the clinic. When the receptionist finally answered the phone, she said I couldnt bring my daughter there because the doctors go to lunch from 12 to 2. (It was 11:48 and by this time, my kids leg had swelled to twice its normal size.) Good thing Quello clinic is just a mile away and got us in quick.

I went in for a check-up on the medications I was taking. It was a standard visit without any lab work or tests done. They charged $400.00 for the visit. When I called their billing department their representative was very unhelpful and rude. If you want cheaper prices and better care in the south metropolitan area, you should visit Lakeville Family Health.

Services were nice but the prices are ridiculous. I am a pretty healthy individual so the Dr. only saw me for like 10 min. for a routine physical. Charge was $337 (not including labs). Park Nicollet down the street charged me $188 for the same service. I honestly didnt know that clinics charged differently for routine physicals, but now I know.

My husband and I were visiting our children in the Lakeville over Thanksgiving. He became ill and we got excellent service and treatment at the walk-in clinic. We had a follow up visit and again received excellent care. Would not hesitate in recommending this clinic.

Bad cause statically I should have died November 10th 3008. The only great dr. there is Dr. Salazar who only works at Urgent Care!
