This is 4 stars because its not perfect. But they do a really good job. As a 33yr veteran of the medical system I find the wait times to be acceptable. And I do my due diligence to needle the receptionists if Im, on the off chance, 15 min past the appointed time. Theyre always very kind, helpful, and understanding. Also, Ive been a patient here for over a decade and have seen a few different doctors. *Most* of the doctors have been astounding. They listen and are thoughtful regarding my giant ball of medical junk. The nurses and lab technicians are great people. They make you feel like they truly care. (I suspect they do) However, there was the one doctor I had, who I didnt see eye to eye with. I let him know where I believed he made mistakes and that he could stand to listen better. While Im not sure he listened all that well to parts, he was very eager to make me happy. As such I asked for a referral for an internal medicine doctor, because I do have a lot going on, medically. While he wasnt the happiest about that, he did give me a referral in clinic and spoke very well of her. The doctor in clinic was great personality -- and most importantly -- skills set fit. On the first visit I asked if she would familiar with my case. She answered "Yes. I was just reviewing it for a few minutes before stopping in here." That was the best answer she could have given. I also have on that visit and others taken opportunities to test her knowledge here and there. Not only does she know the right answer off the top of her head, I also learn something new from her each time. And shes always willing to entertain my questions too! So I feel Im in very good hands with Dr. Kathryn Aune.

First, let me say that without the wonderful friendliness and professionalism of Nurse Terri as well as the courtesy of the check-in lady, this place would get less than 1 star. My 11 y.o. daughter came in last night for sports physical. Dr. Dar was absolutely awful. When asking my daughter questions, she basically read off a script on the computer, not even looking at my daughter who was on the exam table behind her. She also spoke so quickly and between that and her accent, you couldnt even understand her most of the time. She didnt even give time to answer the questions. Dr. Dar has no idea what a sports physical entails. She looked at my daughters breasts and "down there" as she called it. If it wasnt the last day we could get the physical, I would have stormed out of there. I still plan to file a complaint with the medical board. Then she asked if we were going to do bloodwork. No, this is a SPORTS physical, not a yearly physical or annual checkup. This isnt our first rodeo. Then she kept going on and on about the HPV vaccine even though I told her we were made aware of it through or pediatrician and that most of my daughters care goes this way. Her attitude was disrespectful and somewhat condescending, like I dont know what my daughter needs and when. Finally, I had to send the physical paperwork back to get her to fill it out right, and when it came back the second time, it STILL wasnt filled out right. Im holding my breath that they dont send it back incomplete.

First let me state that I have had no problems with scheduling or admin staff. Theyve always been perfectly courteous. My problem is with the doctors. A) Husband went in for yearly physical. Later came back to have "Wellness Screening" paperwork signed for health insurance discount. Cost: $78 non-negotiable. FOR A SIGNATURE. B) Dr. Kundu (no longer there) could not figure out my first name despite it being clearly stated literally everywhere on all my paperwork. Kept calling me by my middle name despite being corrected. Rude. C) Dr. Kundu told me to take high blood pressure medication when one form of birth control was causing me high blood pressure. I explained Id rather try a different type, and she ignored me and told me again to start another medication. That was the dumbest thing Id ever heard, so I said no and switched doctors. D) Went in for simple routine preventative procedure, asked for it to be performed by a nurse, and was told it was a "doctor only" procedure. Arrived, and the nurse did ALL THE WORK. "Physicians Assistant" (is that even a full doctor?!?!) Patton showed up for literally thirty seconds, told me I could do a "natural" bogus method at home (later looked it up and 99% of people online say it doesnt work and is actually dangerous). Oh, and I was billed as though the doctor performed the procedure. I argued this and they told me tough, it was billed correctly. I am never going back here again. You shouldnt either.

1 star is too good to rate this clinic, I wish you could rate lower. I visited Dr. Dar for a bladder infection that I thought had not cleared up. [First off, very hard to understand along with the nurse that assisted me first.] After my tests came back negative she diagnosed me with a yeast infection! I questioned her multiple times stating the symptoms are not that of such; she refused to accept what I told her my symptoms are because my results were negative. Its like, um lady, I know my body, you dont. I indicated I may need more antibiotics and she disagreed. After 2 days I am still in an uncomfortable state and pain with no relief. Not to mention these medical bills are out of pocket. I still have no idea whats wrong and will be racking up more doctor bills because Dr. Dar wouldnt accept the fact I questioned her diagnosis. I left with no relief of my worries and very questionable of what had just happened. I will NEVER go back to this clinic, highly do not recommend Dr. Dar as a physician for any new conditions you are uncertain of. If you need a basic exam, sure Im sure she will work; as it does not take a genius to perform basic exams. But for diagnosis, save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. Very disappointing.

I had my child prescription called in and never received a call to let me know its ready. They said, they apologized. Ok, apologize is acceptable but this has happen more than once. I pulled up to the window and they never process anything. They said, "we have to check your insurance and the physician. WOW!! You should of took care of this way before. I had to wait. I m happy with Walgreen on Wagner Way ( Very busy sometimes but polite staff willing to help you). Theyre open 24 hr a day. A plus, never closes and can pick up medications anytime. A like the courteous call. They do have a automatic system that will call when your RX is ready. If theres a problem filling the medication, you will receive a call within an hour or less.

By far the worst doctors office Ive ever been to, in my life. Ive been directly accused of being a drug dealer because I tried to refill a prescription a few days early because I was going on vacation. The doctor literally said he wouldnt give me my prescription because he didnt trust me. Ive been sent to collections over a $1.50 surcharge that I didnt even know I owed. Ive waited multiple days for callbacks from doctors. The list of bad experiences here is endless.
