I honestly feel like none of the people who work at this clinic cares about people, but doctors period do not care if a person is suffering in pain, its not right at all, nobody should have to go through life suffering nobody, these damn doctors only care about there paychecks and its extremely messed up, shame on them for not helping people when thats there job, but I do wish these doctors would go though the suffering like I do every day so than they would know what its like became they do not know when they arent in our bodies! Im usually a very nice caring personally but not when a person isnt to me, all of these doctors now days needs to be fired, we need doctors who actually care and who actually help people and who isnt in the job for the money!!!!!!!! I just wish they cared and help us who need it, Im not a doctor so I dont know whats wrong in my body!

Went to urgent care for painful elbow, put me on a 10 pound lift restriction for a week. They could not get a paper signed by anyone to let me return to work. Now I have to miss more time and see a doctor again!!!! Its a scam for more money. Told me the nurse practioner would be in today sometime. She wasnt and no other doctor was willing to look at the file that says " can not lift more than 10 pounds until Monday March 6th. They tell me if have to make another appointment. Sounds really fair to me and my insurance company.

I WARN YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE!!!! Ive brought my son here twice. Both times they told me my son is fine and told him to take ibuprofen. less than 6 hours later my son was air lifted to childrens hospital and almost died. The doctors at childrens hospital were disgusted when I told them what the clinic said. My son was in coma for 5 days because of this clinic! If I could burn this clinic down I would! The doctors dont care about you a bit, They just come to work to get paid.

Walk-in lab is great. Phlebotomists are good at what they do, no pain. Dr. Marinello is awesome. She has really helped me. Had a mixed experience at Urgent Care once. I had a dental issue and needed pain management until I could see my Dentist. Getting anything for pain was, in itself, a little painful. Everything ended up fine. Its a good place to have around for sure.

After moving from Florida, we visited multiple pediatricians to find one that we liked for our family. We were apparently late to one appointment due to a misunderstanding of the time, and they wouldnt even see us. They said we would have to reschedule after driving all the way there and getting our 16 month old ready. Never going back there.

Waited for about 35 minutes for the prediction to come in after being seen by the nurse. She didnt apologize and just left the room after handing us the prescription. I will avoid this clinic in the future. I didnt feel confident about the knowledge of this doctor.

Do not I repeat do not go here for Urgent care!!! They are under construction and only have one room! Unless you like waiting for more then 3 hours! I waited for 3 and left after that!

I have experienced several rude bitchy receptionists that act like you just interrupted them and dont belong there. Not at all helpful. Do not go there.

Dr. Johnston in pediatrics is really good. Nurses are good. Pharm is good. Front desk could at least pretend like they dont mind being there.
