Chandelier Valley

I checked in at least 15-20 minutes before my scheduled time and proceeded to fill out the paperwork and sit down. I then patiently waited for the next 40 minutes as it passed my scheduled time and I had witnessed atleast 6 other patients get called back and dismissed before they even got around to calling my name. By the time it neared 50minutes to an hour after I got there and the next person who arrived got called, I proceeded to storm out because I was getting too impatient and felt like I was never going to hear my name. My fiance called them and they tried telling her I arrived over an hour before I was scheduled, which was highly inaccurate. They also told her they called my name at 10:26am with no responses, when I remember leaving exactly at 10:37am after staring at their tv program for the last 15minutes. Definitely terrible service and not worth the time or money.

I was quoted for a employment physical exam around $150 when I called to make an appointment. I just got the bill for a 1 hour physical more like 45 minute physical with no blood tests it is $336. I will be calling to get this corrected or see why they are miss quoting people to see if they can train their people better. Would not recommend for this reason. For a physical this is ridiculous good job Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry top notch profiteering .

Ive had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic. Ive never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment and everyone is extremely professional. My doctor always takes the time to explain any and all procedures as well as any concerns that I have. I definitely recommend them.

Receptionist was rude and seemed like she did not know what she was doing. Spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to check someone in.

There address is wrong. Its not Toronto...its Village lake dr. I drove around for a while before i found it. Nice clinic. Nice people.
