I have been involved with the mental health industry and have seen therapists for over 30 years. This clinic is, by far, the WORST place I have ever gone to for care, in my opinion, based on their lack of knowledge and inappropriate care, which takes advantage of those with mental illness. This place seems to be horribly managed. I was more than unimpressed with their inaccurate website, their uninformed receptionist staff, and the apparent lack of communication among their staff. All they seem to care about is receiving new patients and receiving payment. If I could give it ZERO STARS, I would. I would NEVER go back to this clinic--it has been an awful experience since the moment I inquired about their services.

Very disgusted by the fact that if your child is sick and can not give more than 24hr notice after 2 times of that it is same day only appts. How that works when your child in school, I would like to know. Make sure to ask for an appt card because if you are told one thing and they schedule on another then it is your fault. Not understanding that things happen. Only 2 strikes and you are out!! Better hope you never get sick (make sure to plan it). They are definitely not about their patients. Off to try to find someone that actually wants to help my child. And cares about him!

I love this place. I have 2 kids being seen by two different people and both do an amazing job!! Their service is outstanding. Love the front deck staff, as I am always greeted with a smile. They are so helpful. The services my children have received have been amazing so far. I will continue coming here for as long as we need it! I highly recommend River Valley Behavioral Health and Wellness!

Jody Carlson is a horrible person she is a extremely rude and bad physician I went in and within 5 minutes left on my own terms cause she was that bad i dont recommend this place to anyone with a mental,anxiety,behavioural problems. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND HEALTH DONT GO THERE!
