Has called me more than once (due to my number being used by someone else previously - I have no relationship of any kind to this place), to wish someone a happy birthday with an automated message with no way to unsubscribe. I wouldnt be too happy as a customer, and Im really unhappy as someone with no relationship to them and having gone way out of my way to ask not to be contacted after the first time they called. I have asked to be contacted by someone in charge of the phone calls, as these calls are not only annoying, but seem to be illegal as well; I have not heard back at the time of writing this.

A clinic in chaos, as this facility is, does not inspire confidence. This place really needs competent leadership. Something is very, very wrong there.
