Wow, this place is a joke. I show up at 6:50 and there is a hand written note on the kiosk that says "due to heavy volume, we will not be able to see any more patients tonight". Since it was 40 minutes prior to the posted closing time, and there was nobody else waiting, I decided to wait and see if the note was legit. Well...at 7:00, out comes Mr. Caregiver. He tells me that he wont be seeing us, or any other patients tonight. I told him that we were there 40 minutes prior to close, and that there was nobody waiting in front of us. He said he had other things he had to do, slammed his fist on the counter and said that this happens every night. He rudely told me to leave immediately or he would call security. He then went in the back, and came back out and said that I needed to leave or things would get bad. He then called security (at least I think he did) and closed himself in the back room. I waited 15 minutes for security, but they never came. Did he really call them? Ill never know because he never showed his face again. He may still be in the back room. Bizarre experience! Oh, and during the whole exchange he removed his name tag and stuffed it in his pocket.

Told before I had a strep test done that I probably have just something viral. I was also asked before the swab what pharmacy I used and it wasnt the in-store one. I was jokingly told I had a small mouth and had anyone told me that before. I declined a flu shot and was quickly shamed, told I guess youre the kind of person whod never want one. I was basically told the strep test had to go out to confirm, but that would cost me more. I declined that too. I was questioned heavily why I wouldnt want to have it sent to lab. I was told if I felt worse to go to the urgent care or my general doctor. A LOT of advise unsolicited and much of it felt like a script. I left and went to my regular physician. Guess what, I have strep. Oh well, so much for trying to merely get a quick diagnoses.

I registered at the kiosk and it said estimated wait was 1 hour 15 min. I have been waiting for 3 hours now. I received the your appt starts in 30 min text message 50 min ago! I was just told it will be at least another 20 min wait. There were only 5 ppl ahead of me when I registered and there are two people working. This is ridiculous!

Over promise and under deliver across the board. Calling this minute clinic is not acceptable. Calling this 2- hour wait clinic is a step in the right direction.

3 people in front of me and Computer says it will be 1 hr 53 min before I will be seen. Very long wait times between patients.
