This place is one of the weridest places i have ever been. I am glad that other people recieved good care they must have seen a different doctor then mine. I went in just two days ago I was passing a kidney stone. They did absolutly not one thing to help me out. Kidney stones is one of the worst pains i have ever felt. First they are going to have me go in to have a cat scan ok thats cool. Then they give me a perscription for Tramadol. I has asked the pharmisit about this drug and he said it probably would not help my pain. IT DID NOT. This place is a SHAM and i would never reccommend to anyone that i know or they know or who those pople know to go to this place. Very weird doctor. I am not writing a bad review becuase they did not give me a perscription for narcotics. I am writing a bad review because the doctor said that this perscrioption that he gave me i was in so much pain i could not move. This is a sham for the insurace company also. I had come in there to find a primary doctor and to get help i had already been dignosed with kidney stones and they already knew i had 6 of them from a cat scan from a month ago. All they do is scam your insurance company and if you have a serious pain problem your insurace comapnay and you would get more done if you go to the emergency room. If you are planning on going here DONT please trust me. I hope this review helped you in some way of choosing your provider. Thank you for your time. I visited the Allina Urgent Care clinic in Minnetonka today for treatment for my asthma. I was greeted warmly as I walked in the front door, and was quickly checked in. The attending nurse called me back right away, took my vitals, and within minutes, introduced me to Dr. Reicho. He was very interested in my condition, asked lots of questions, and thoroughly checked my symptoms. He had an attendant provide me with a breathing treatment, offered guidance regarding my condition and how to manage it as effectively as possible, and shared a couple of personal stories with me regarding his medical observations with asthma. I received a nebulizer, was given a prescription to a local pharmacy to treat my condition. I quickly received the professional care I needed, had an excellent experience here, and thoroughly recommend this walk-in urgent care clinic

This last report is not one I would judge MD Care on. I have been a patient of Dr. Vollertson and MD Care for 8 years now. Ive had nothing but excellent service. Fast, courteous, competent. And never has a test been ordered that wasnt: 1) warranted, and 2) agreed to by me after a very thorough explanation of its purpose and need. MD Care is most definitely not a sham, and is absolutely focused on the patient and NOT scamming insurance. The person writing this last post is clearly upset after ONE VISIT. But they in no way represent the vast majority of people who value the service of MD Care. Ive never received better care at any Dr., and still feel this way now after 8 years as a patient.

Can never get directly in contact with the clinic, just there offsite call center. I was told no doctors were working here on a Monday. I said okay, when will they be in and I was told the entire week there is no one in. How can a clinic have no doctors on a Monday?

We were satisfied with the care we received, but charges seemed unusually high and they were unresponsive in clarifying them. Customer service is non-existent; instead of answering questions we are being threatened with collection.

Im busy. I like the fact that this is a full-service walk-up medical location. I also found out I was able to set a same day appointment as late as 9pm for my non-emergency situation. Friendly, professional, and very convenient.

Garfield, the nurse who has done my pre-doc work, is the best! Makes you laugh, knows his stuff. I come back partially because of him.
