I see Dr. Anna Hsu ("shoe") for most visits. She is extremely thorough and professional and is very careful to update medical information that often gets overlooked by other medical professionals. I also appreciate that if bloodwork or other visits are recommended, the lab is right there as well as other specialists, and I can go immediately to the lab or sometimes even to another specialist if they are available without driving to another facility or making a separate appointment.

Went in for a chronic sore throat. Doctor completely brushed over it. Told me "Your immune system is compromised because of your Lupus, its probably just a virus." And it was a virus... A virus known to trigger Lupus symptoms... It eventually put me in the hospital for a week. Complete incompetence.

The midwives are great as well as a nurse named Monique! The clinic is very small and there are no lines or long waits. So far Ive had a positive experience here. The receptionists are polite and and professional too.

Only issue I had is a midwife Ive never seen who filled out paperwork that was directly for my doctor and she decided to just fill it out without asking me what information I needed on it.

Friendly knowledgeable helpful staff, clean building, and skilled technicians. I usually get bruised badly with blood draws, however this technician didnt bruise me at all!

Great staff, no lines. A little tough to get to while 169 is under construction. Doctors have a relatively high turnover rate here.
