Not a healthy environment. Some clients intimidate, insult, belittle and even threaten their peers and the staff do not address it....they wait until it gets out of control. Many of the staff just sit on their phones or nap while at work but their are a few that really do care and put some effort into their job....I wish there were more employees like that.
