Seeking to merely make an appointment was difficult. Called twice during office hours but no one answered the phone. Left a message, but no one ever returned the call after four days. Its a good thing I wasnt in desperate need of help. When I called back the person that answered wasnt even in the office I called (the phones apparently transfer, but the message says you are to push "1" to be transferred to someone to make an appointment in the office you are calling. When the other office receptionist answered she had no idea who I was asking for or where to find her. I told her I was looking at their website. Still not clue. So she offered to transfer me to the corporate office and that person had no idea where to find her, but did have a directory listing to give me. And of course that number resulted in another no real person to answer so I had to leave another message. Its the reason why I have yet to make an appointment with any "counselor".

Its too bad they run this place like a cult, I almost died in this program called assisting living. because the forced the kitchen closed and I had. Very specific eating schedule. If you dont love your family, take them here. They will hose them down for you and let them dry off in the "smoking area" they made my mental health worse over the past decade.

They have the right people to get you back on track for your mental health. Good alternative in inpatient hospital. They provide services based on your income.
