I had such a positive experience at this minute clinic. I have been feeling very cruddy and needed to see a specialist but my insurance had lapsed so I went to the minute clinic. I did not reserve a spot ahead of time but I was only the 3rd person on the wait screen so after I filled out a variety of questions I took a seat. It said approximate wait time was 30 minutes so I found a chair and made myself comfortable. Less than 10 minutes had passed and I was already being greeted with a warm smile!! The lady (I forgot her name) was very pleasant and professional. She took my vitals and we spoke briefly about my symptoms. She then took me into a different room were the doctor (Sarah) was waiting and I again had a seat. We talked again about my symptoms and she got right to work checking my ears and nose and throat and listening to my heart. She was accurate and thorough but was efficient with time and got straight to what she thought was my illness. We chatted more as she sent a prescription to the pharmacy. But just as easy as that I was done! I walked right over to the pharmacy in target and there were my prescriptions already ready!! A++ for every staff member I came in contact with! Would highly recommend!

Went in Beginning of Dec, had been sick with sinus problems for over one week. Seen "Diane", very nice understanding Professional. Gave me presc. to fill at later time over weekend if things went south. Just this last week started feeling sick again, like I maybe did not kick it. Went back in to be checked as sinus pressure was terrible. Seen "Diane" again, she was understanding, but told me to hold off till next week. She would call ME to see how I was doing. Saturday morning I was so sick, went in seen a "Kim". She was irritated that I was there waiting at 9. She was huffing and puffing around. She totally had a attitude towards me. All I can say is that she treated me badly, like I was some kind of faker. Even put on my paperwork that I did not look sick. Totally unprofessional! ! Had to even inform her that I could not mix a med I take with something she prescribed! All I can say is that I will never go there again if I know shes working. In the end after checking me she said I have bronchitis, sinus-virus.

This isnt a minute clinic...it is a several hour clinic. Poor service from start to finish. Wait tho get in was well over 1.5 hours for a visit...untrained staff...never received lab results...and try tho get them! Wait times over 1 hr on the phone...got thru only to be told i had to be connected for another wait...you cannot call the clinic direct. I never received labs after 2 weeks and ended up going somewhere else and paying twice for what i could have received in 1 visit elsewhere. Would not visit again our recommend this location.

Found the care provided by PA Sarah to be very thorough, frankly better than many full service clinics. Our visit was not rushed, and she took great care to ensure her assessment was complete. I would not hesitate to seek care there again for myself or my family. Only downside was a significant wait time. However, such competent care mitigated my impatience.

Im hoping that maybe I just dont understand why Target Clinic exists, every time Ive gone to one for a simple diagnosis its been two and a half hour wait, no one is there to help me and they cant even do something as simple as give a strep test in a decent amount of time, I dont know if I should blame Target or the healthcare industry in America.
