Got billed for services I never agreed to. I had an annual physical that supposed to be covered 100% by insurance. Dr. Markell Nathan Lee asked me if I have any aches or pains, I said sure, so we discussed a small issue. Since we discussed that issue for a few minutes, this is considered a "2nd appointment" and Allina Health billed me for a SECOND visit, what a joke. (already forgot what we discussed/was not very good input from Dr. Markell) At least give me a heads up discussing any additional billings/visits. Seems like a scam to me to get more money from client. Wont go back to this place again. UPDATE 9/22/2016 - Called the Clinic Manager, explained the situation again, they removed the charges from my account stating since the charges were not explained to me ahead of time, they will not charge me. Bummer that when the first time I called about this matter, they reviewed my situation and told me I still owe the money. But since I left a negative review online, they could finally remove the charge. Thanks GOOGLE!

Ive seen Dr Phu she listens understands and is very helpful. Ive also seen Dr Markell hes also very nice and helpful. Ive seen a few other providers and I can honestly say that Ive never had a bad experience.
