I was trying to get a prescription refilled before it was gone for a life or death medication. I kept calling the pharmacy but they kept telling me they got no response from the Dr. So I called and the rude nasty receptionist said I needed to make an appointment to come in. It was nice they never called to tell me that. There was no reason to go into the office and now I was out of medication. She screamed in the phone "we will not refill it!" I said can you give me a weeks worth until I get an appointment so I dont get sick? She screamed "NO!"! Now I need to wait to find a new Dr in the meantime Im without meds. This is unheard of.

Being a new patient with a new insurance. My visit was ok. It was after the fact that I tried to call multiple time to get a blood test. I felt like I was bothering them over the phone. After hours of waiting for my presription to be called in, I called the office back and she quoted me "yeah hun i didnt call it in yet... we still got the rest of the day" very unprofessional. So I waited the rest of the day until the office closed, went to the pharmecy and she never called it in. Im in the process of finding a new office that cares about their patients a little more.

Ive had pain in my diaphragm for years and all I get is medication thrown at me and no physical exam. Everytime I go in I get a half assed physical and even more medication thrown at me.. (Im 24 and on 14 medications) I wouldnt recommend this doctor to anyone if you have serious health problems because Ive been in and out of the hospital and when I tell the dr. he still- does nothing. The staff is horrible, half of them dont know whats going on, theyre all rude and act like they dont want to be there and the whole place is a joke and a mess.

Nice Dr but the staff is horrible. They never get things done on time and they lie. I tried to get Ct scan results, which I explained to them that it was urgent. All day they kept me hanging and at the end they never called me. They were supposed to call between 5-6. They left at 5:16! If they are so busy with patients, as they claim, either get more office help or get a partner! Something! Very unprofessional! And we have been going there for over 20 years! This is the last straw!

Im not sure what I quite have to do to get a prescription filled. Ive called for a week. Four times. Each time the person who answered the phone took down my request then told me they will pass the note on to the doctor. I was even promised a phone call back that never happened. The medicine I need helps me function and I flat out begged for help with getting the medicine filled. Do I have to stand outside the office doors next? Camp out? Grovel? This is ridiculous.

I have no problem with Dr . G but his staff is horrible. Called to have medication refilled and they say they will take care of it then I come to find out that my express Scripts pharmacy says we havent received anything. I call the doctors office again and now they tell me I have to go in for a visit because I havent been there in three months. What kind of crap is that and now I have to pay for a unnecessary office visit.

Dr. Giuliano has been my general physician for about 15 years now (Im 35) and he has taken excellent care of me. Though I only go there when I am sick, he always takes the time to answer my questions, and I have never found that he tries to force medication on me. His staff is less than friendly and the waiting room is always packed, but I do not think it would be fair to count this against his performance as a doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. G for many years. He is one of the most caring and thorough doctors i have the occasion to meet with for medical issues. His staff is very competent and friendly. Like all businesss when they get busy, they do their best to attend to the vast patient load... but they do. well done Doc and staff

The guy isa really jerk. He gave me meds I did not even need and never told me the side effects of them. Now I am almost crippled and there is no way of reversing what he has done to me. He does not take the time with you and answer your questions. He just give you pills. He should not be a doctor.

I became a patient of Doctor Giuliano through my wife and Ive never had an issue. Hes an experienced doctor who can diagnose me quickly and accurately. Hes also willing to help me troubleshoot any health problems Im experiencing.

I called the office and the secretary was rude. She had an attitude. I was calling to become a new patient. She placed me on hold 3 times and told me they didnt have any appointments available for new patients.

Hes a great doctor! He has been my doctor for over 25 years, he has always been on point with diagnose and medication. Would not go to anyone else.
