Avoid this office at all costs. The girl at the front desk is rude and unprofessional even when calling to make an appointment. First of all they will make you come in for a referral and the girl rudely told me not to be late. I get there on time and the girl tells me I missed an appointment the day before when I had no appointment. She was adamant that I missed an appointment that I never had in the first place. So Im sitting there for an hour and a half and I ask what the delay is and I get some nonsense about how I have to wait to see the doctor when Im just there for a referral. Thats when the girl at the desk gets nasty and again mentioning how I missed an appointment the day before. I ask to show me this said appointment but of course there is none to be found. So, I finally talk to one their office workers and they take me to a room to take my information. At this point Im furious because I had to get back to work and they just do not care about your time at all. Their biggest issue is how Im not showing up there enough for blood work, like I need to get blood work so often. So Im asking how long this will take and the guy tells me to just wait five more minutes after Ive been there for almost two hours. They really dont care that you have other priorities and just use excuses like they had a lot of new patients and other doctors offices were like this. Total nonsense. I finally see the doctor (why when I just needed a referral) and it turned to a regular checkup. First thing Dr. Goradia says is how I havent been there for a long time and how I needed blood work. I was actually there a month before due to having bronchitis, you know, an actual reason to be there. She also prescribed me a medication that I informed them I am allergic to. Well done. I understand the need for blood work but they want you to get it done so often there, every few months or so. Whenever I did go for blood work they could not find my veins anyway, I got poked all over with no results. So, I finally get my referral and I ask if they can fax it to the office since it was late already. Dr. said sure so finally, some relief right? Wrong. I go to the desk and ask them to fax the referral and an office worker starts saying how they have a legal policy about how they cant fax referrals and how hed do it for me this one time. At that point, I literally grabbed the referral out of his hands and left. That was the most horrible, unprofessional, and just rude encounter Ive ever had to deal with from a physicians office. I would give negative stars if that was an option because even one star places do better than this. Dr. Goradia is not a terrible doctor but she surrounds herself with a terrible staff. Im so glad to be done with them and I only hope this review keeps others away from this place. Shameful.

I have never actually seen Doctor Goradia, I see her other staff doctor at the Elizabeth office. The doctor herself is extremely sweet and caring she always takes her time with me , I have been a patient here for many years. Her staff however is a totally different story, they are incredibly rude, obnoxious for no reason. Maybe they despise their job I dont know but they treat you as if you are a total bother to them. They gave me a terrible time to give me a replacement referral for one they made a mistake of by giving in me a doctor who does not take my insurance. When I asked to see the doctor, thy said no "thats a joke" and that I will not be allowed to see the doctor at the Elizabeth office again. All because they got impatient with me for inquiring as to why I had to do another visit simply for a corrective referral. Longgggg story short, I will now have to switch doctor simply because of their staff. Which makes me sad because I did like her so much but her staff is way too much to deal with, very negative and rude. UPDATE: January 20, 2017. I called today because Im due for regular blood work. I was called back and told that the Doctor "banned" me from her office because she read my negative review online. Firstly since I know she reads these now :) lol I would like to thank you, for doing me a favor because I have been too lazy to find another doctor due to work and my family life. 2nd Im completely amused that instead of taking my review and attempting to fix the situation with your staff and wait times, you ban a patient who has made you money and bought you other patients (which I will tell to switch now as well) again I have NEVER met Goradia, her other staff Doctor is competent enough that I have never had to and Im glad I didnt. Someone who can NOT properly run their own business (look at the prior reviews) can not possibly be of good and ethical moral standard. All of these persons and myself can not be wrong. This doctor should take these comments/ ratings and take the time IF she cared to better her practice instead of being a jerk and not caring about her patients. Good Riddans

Dr.Rita herself is great and incredible. The people who give her office a VERY EXTREMELY bad name are the incompetent people she hires and you are only as good as your help. Dr. Rita Goradia was able to diagnose me quickly, friendly and very understanding and kind. When it came to the office staff, they didnt know where the referral paperwork was, they couldnt find the prescriptions she wrote, they finally did and I went to the pharmacy thinking the nightmare with her staff was over. After dropping my prescription off at the nearest Walgreens on Wood Ave the nightmare continued. One of the prescriptions needed authorization which her office staff could have handled in less than 10-20 minutes depending on how many questions there were. Walgreens attempted to call them to fax them the questions to fax to the insurance; the office staff stated They dont work with faxes. So Walgreens let my insurance know and my insurance stated they will give them a call. As per my insurance they called her office and left three messages, Walgreens left 2 messages, and I left a message with the Secretary that picked up the line that refused to give me her name. She stated that they already know they need to contact the insurance and will do so when they have time. Its 4 days later, I have not been able to put on the anti-biotic cream, so my rash is spreading all because of Dr.Goradias Lazy staff, so if you need a great Doctor with a COMPETENT staff, look elsewhere. Also the medical assistants there don’t have a clue what they are doing, they harmed an elderly woman there trying to take out blood they left a BIG black and blue/blood stain glob on her arm, which I know is going to get worst. I attached pictures of what they did to my arm, and I am 20 so imaging an elderly person with less immunity and less healing factor then I.
