I called on a Friday to make an appointment., it was around 11:30. The receptionist was so rude, She did not ask me anything, are you sick, this a yearly check-up (are you dying) The only thing she said was "we are booked!!!!!!!!!!!!! She did not ask, Would like me to see when the next appointment is available? I did ask if I could speak to the Doctor , she said "hes with a patience right now., I cant just go get him for you, (she did not let me finish my sentence, I was going to ask when he is free to call me., I was so upset, I told her I might come in and get my records and go to a different doctor, she thats fine., come now if you want to. What a horrible person.

17 years ago I just moved to Brick and felt the worst I ever felt. My PCP at the time could not get me in for 2 days. I called my insurance company and said who is in the network in Brick. They gave me Dr. Mikes phone number. They got me in that day and I had strep throat. Needless to say after 17 years I am a loyal patient. My entire family goes there. On a serious note after recurring illnesses Dr. Mike diagnosis of Lupus was made. My platelets were so low I could have died with a paper cut. I will only be part of "Our Family Practice"

My sister had been suffering for horribly migraines and called in for an appointment but was rudely rejected from the secretary and told "If you cant make it then find a new doctor." this is not acceptable from a place that is suppose to help people

Ive only been to this doctors office for as long as Ive been alive. Im almost 27, live up by NYC and I still come down to see Dr. Cascarina!! He is an amazing doctor and I love him and the other staff!!
