Dr. Quinones is my fathers primary care physician. He knows my fathers history and makes it a point to go into detail with my father regarding all his medical conditions. He was also my mothers physician before she passed. When she passed he made it a point to call my father and follow up with him, regarding his mental health. My father then was transitioning on living with me, when his labs came back regarding his kidneys Dr. Quinones couldnt get a hold of my father, via phone. He physically went to our home and hand wrote a note and attach it to our mailbox. In this day in age what doctor cares enough to make a home visit and ensure their patient is OK? That truly amazed me. I highly recommend this doctor.

The only reason Im giving a couple of stars is because Dr. Quinones is a decent doctor, he listens and provides solutions. The down fall is that his practice has limited hours of operations and his staff are VERY unprofessional. They will keep you on hold for 10 minutes, forget or ignore you, move you to voicemail, doesnt return phone calls and when you call back many times during the day the phone line is either busy or they set an automated voice-box because they are on lunch. Its a part-time job just to get a hold of them and get nothing resolved. Im getting a new doctor.

Despite feeling a mass in my uncles abdomen, he dismissed it as a possible scar from an undiagnosed burst appendix or even remnants from a twin he absorbed in the womb. (Even after imaging) My uncle kept complaining of debilitating pain for months before Quinones sent him to a specialist. He was promptly diagnosed with cancer by the specialist. My uncle died from this cancer... I dont know if he would have survived if it had been taken seriously and discovered sooner... but thanks to this doctor, well never know. :(
