Ive never been to an urgent care facility before, so I didnt know what to expect. Having been to the ER a few times, I was expecting long wait times. However, it wasnt very crowded (only three other people waiting) and I had scheduled online for 3:00 pm. I walked in, filled out paperwork which I could have done beforehand but forgot to, and was immediately seen afterwards. Initial things like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse oximetry were taken. I gave my symptoms in detail, and after around five minutes I was seen by Dr. Estevez. He gave me an examination consisting of listening to my heart and breathing, a quick oral exam, and abdominal palpation. From there I told him my symptoms and he asked some questions. He ordered blood work, urinalysis, and an ultrasound, and the blood was taken in house but I had to schedule an appointment with a radiologist for the ultrasound. I was given a prescription for pain medication in the meantime and that was the end of my visit. All in all it was a $30 copay and I was in and out in under an hour. Dr. Estevez showed genuine concern and the staff did a great job. Very happy with my visit and will definitely recommend Central Jersey Urgent Care to others.

I arrived at the office about 7:55pm on a Sunday so 5 minutes before closing and they allowed me to come in. The receptionist at the time was friendly and had a huge smile on her face. It took me about 15 minutes to get into a room which is not bad at all. Unfortunately, the nurse i got was horrible. She slammed the door shut whenever she left, sighed every 5 seconds, and gave me an attitude. When she took my blood pressure, temperature, and vitals, she was very rough and didnt care if she put me in pain. On the other hand, the doctor i received was fantastic. He knew what was wrong with me, and had no problem writing a work note and prescriptions for me. He was very courteous and understanding. Overall, the doctor knows what he is doing and the receptionist is friendly and formal in her work. The nurse is rude, so if you get her.. beware. After all, she honestly ruined my experience. Because of her, i would not recommend this urgent care to friends or family unless it is a serious problem.

It was generally a pleasant experience. The doctor went well above and beyond the call of duty. I use a wheelchair for mobility (this having nothing to do with why I was there) but as they were closed before I was done being seen he wheeled me all the way outside and then noticing that my brother who was waiting in the parking lot for me had fallen asleep in his car the doctor actually went over to the car and knocked on the window to wake him up in order to tell him I was ready to go home. He didnt have to do that and I thought it was very nice of him. He was also very thorough in examining my ear and palpitating all around it asking if this or that hurt. (I went there for an earache and clogged ear that I could barely hear out of it. He gave me antibiotic ear drops but also said part of the problem could be the possibility that I grind my teeth while sleeping due to TMJ disease and suggested I look into getting a mouth guard to wear at night. I would definitely go there again.

Close to the New Years holiday, I was unable to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor to treat a cold with a lingering cough. A co-worker told me to look into an urgent care clinic. I googled a location close to home and found the Central Jersey facility. I was amazed by the ability to just walk in without needing an appointment to see a doctor. I arrived in the evening about 45 minutes before closing and greeted by a pleasant lady behind the counter who took my insurance info and gave me forms to fill out. One or two other patients in the waiting area. Within about 10 minutes or so, I saw the doctor. A pleasant man, the doctor was easy to talk to and he examined me, ending with a prescription that he electronically sent to my pharmacy. All in all, a very good experience that went much better than I could have expected. I will go again.

I visited this facility last month and had a great experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. I got seen very quickly by the doctor who examined me and made me feel at ease. My issue required a visit to the emergency room and a short stay in the hospital. What I found to be exceptional service from this Central Jersey Urgent Care is the way the doctor took the time to contact me to see how I was doing and offered to answer any questions I had. It meant a lot to me because I really like my medical experience to be one of a caring nature, You definitely get that here! I highly recommend this facility. You will not regret it..

Stopped in Sunday at about 5:30 pm. Told the girl at the front desk my wife had just dropped a 25 lb dumbbell on her big toe and it was all mangled and blue. She was in a lot of pain. The young lady asked to see my insurance and turned me away without even looking at my wifes foot. I was told they just stopped taking my insurance. Im sure clad they care about the health of the people in their communities. By the way I later called my insurance carrier and was informed they were in my network. She never took the time to check. THANKS for nothing.

I was having some pain in my stomach, and since I wasnt near to my home in PA, I couldnt go to my regular doctor. I went to this urgent care and I must say I was impressed. Staff there was friendly and informative. The facility was clean and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough. I would pray that no one needs to go to the E.R or any thing but if you do, I would recommend this place 100%.

My son sprained his ankle. We were far from home and I remembered this place was close. We walked in, the young lady was professional and treatment was quickly rendered. From the front office staff, to the nurse, to the doctor, everyone was very professional. The office itself was beautifully​ furnished and clean. Someplace you can be comfortable while waiting to be treated.

Dr. Donat-Flowers provided excellent care during my first visit to Central Jersey Urgent care. The support staff in the office were highly efficient, very professional, caring, and welcoming. The entrance and waiting room were comfortable and bright along with the exam room. I recommend Central Jersey Urgent Care to all who need a doctor visit.

My first time at this Urgent Care for tendinitis pain in my arch. The doctor who treated my injury was very thorough in examining my foot. I asked for a shot of pin killer and he immediately fulfilled my request. The doctor explained the possible reasons I have this pain. I will return again for any urgent medical issues.

They only get a 1 star because it wont let me submit w/o at least giving them one. Today is the fourth day that I have not received my lab work that they told me I would receive 24hrs after my visit. I have been there every day since my first visit for absolutely no reason. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
