I have no comment on the doctor since I havenot seen him. But the staff / receptionist is very arrogant and impatient. I wait over phone for 20 minutes with 3 calls to be able to talk to her. She has no patience and does not even want to check whether they accept my insurance by saying "You will know when you come...". The doctor might be good but I will never go here. What can I expect if the doctor has such a staff / receptionist.

Dr. Srinivas Mendu may be good. But, I switched to a different doctor because of amount of time (sometimes 20 minutes) I have to wait to get an office assistant on the line. Once I get them on the line, they are arrogant and not helpful at all. Also, this doctor does not carry the shots (specifically, shots required for travel purpose).

The doctor is excellent but the front desk has no patience to talk. Appointments are always 5-6 days later so if you are sick better look for urgent care. Front desk advised me that! I see him just for annual check ups. Today I couldnt even leave a voice mail since mailbox was full.

Doctor is excellent 5 stars, but the front desk staff is rude with no patience to listen even why you want to take an appointment or how sick you are or talk about the insurance. They are blunt and cold in response to any queries or they will put you on hold for atleast 15min.

Dr Mendu is the best primary care doctor I have ever met. He gives proper time and satisfies all his patients. Best example to explain is despite his office is 20mi away all my friends and my family still prefer him over any other primary care doctor.

The receptionists are a bunch of people who think the patients have all the time in the world and take them for granted. They dont give proper information and neither do they bother to rectify. The Doctor however is good.

Doctor Mendu is excellent. But the support staff at the front office can be more customer friendly. They seem to be very disorganized.
