Horrible experience . I went to get checked because I have a bad pain in my shoulder . I work in pharmacy so I knew exactly that I was gonna be prescribed muscle relaxers and NSAIDs so I told the P.A that I didnt want muscle relaxers or NSAIDs because they make some people feel faint and drowsy I ask her to recommend something topical . She treated me like a drug addict telling me that If I was looking for morphime I was not gonna get it . I NEVER EVEn MENTION ANYTHING LIKE THAT . I just wanted to know if I had a sprain muscle or inflammation and to seek the best recommendation for something topical . Sprains and inflammation react differently to cold or hot patches so in order for me to choose the best temperature I needed to know what kind of injury I had . But they were no help at all. I am a register pharmacy te . I work for a very well known pharmacy . I have a license thru the state . I have been constantly drug tested and back ground checked to be able to hold the job I have .. It was simply humiliating . On top of everything they are not very friendly or caring . I still walked out not knowing what kind of injury I had and I had to paid a consultation to be humiliated.

Shes the best doctor I have ever been to. I had just moved nearby and searched the internet and found patients loved her or hated her based on reviews I saw. After reading her Web site I decide to give her a try. Her site actually tells you if she is a good doctor for you. The site has a "why not visit" me tab. To sum it up it basically says she doesnt prescribe Oxycotin ever, she doesnt give people on un-warranted disability and she wont break any laws. That sounded good to me so I went to see her. Since then I have taken or sent my whole family there. She was especially great with my daughter and very old father. It turned out that many other of my new neighbors went to her also loved her. If I had any complaints it would be that shes too smart. I tried lying about the amount I drank and she called me out instantly. Other than that Im very happy.

Terrible doctor. The staff behind the counter are rude and have no people skills. Make sure you bring your insurance card or you will be accused of lying about being insured and yelled at. I had to have my insurance company fax proof of insurance and the staff still insisted on being rude. I was then told by the spiteful girl behind the counter I have a bill from over 7 years ago that needed to be paid before visit. They would not supply any information about where the unpaid balance came from, the staff yelled and acted rude. The girl then told me to "get out!" and refused to return my co-pay when I asked for a bill from the unknown balance. If you want to deal with incompetent staff and a nurse practitioner who dresses like a slob and rushes you out then this is the place for you. I. Will never go back!

Dont wast your time.there is no lower rating other than one star so lets say the two nice nurses deserve credit. The rest of the staff is miserable and incompetent .The front desk has no clue how to do anything. I went twice and almost every action was fumbled.As a new patient I was never greeted by the front or even introduced to the doctor.I had to look at the script to see her name(Dr.Mary Ludwig- Cilento).. . The doctor is useless and did not even know why I was there when she told me to make a follow up appointment and did not discuss the results of the ct scan she prescribed two weeks before . I tell her I cant sleep she ignores me.its like they are so miserable they act like the patient is bothering them!!!

This is the worse office I have every dealt with. I have taken my children there for physicals and when I needed a second copy of the physical then charged me $25 for each child. Then when I brought the psycials to the school found out they never stamped the physical and had issues with my childrens sports at school then to make matters worse I was told paperwork would be faxed to my childrens school and it never was. When I questioned it I was told well we couldnt fax anything because of SIPPA after a week of no notification I had to go there to pick up the paperwork and was told that I should have come by to pick it up. It was my intent to but I was told everything was sent.

I will never go back here again. They are running a scam to force me to come in every 3 months to refill a prescription for blood pressure medication. They are the reason why insurance has gone up so much. They told me that it is a law that I have to come in every 3 months to refill the prescription. I spoke with a cardiologist as well as my pharmacist who both agree that there is no such law and that it is just them trying to get me to come in again to bill the insurance company. I would leave zero stars if I was allowed.

Absolutely horrible staff and doctor. I waited over 45 minutes just for doctor Clineto to tell me I have a cold. Not to mention the other doctor, Debbie, is extremely rude and not helpful. In addition the staff are a bunch of slobs, unorganized and God help you if you need a note for proof. They charged me $30 in December for a missed visit I had back in August. I told them I received no notification regarding the visit otherwise I would have cancelled. Well I am NOT satisfied with their services and I am not paying.

Long wait to be treated by the Doctor. When there because I wasnt feeling well. The Doctor told me I had Bronchitis. She prescribed a prescription cough medicine and an Antibiotic. I called back and week later and asked if there was anything else the Doctor could give me because the cough wasnt any better. I was told to take an over the counter decongestant. I even offered to make another appointment. Their lack of concern is overwhelming.

Not a very friendly doctor. Went their today for the first time to get a pap and physical, come to find out you cant do both on the same day. I wish they would of told me that when i made the appointment. Doctor was only in the room with me for a total of 5 mins, listened to my chest sqeezed my ankle and that was the end to my physical. I guess they dont want new patients.
