The doctor and the lab technician that I saw were both very nice but they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and refused to pick up and answer the many calls from my current pharmacist to send over a new prescription. Also, they took my insurance information and even called the insurance company to confirm since I did not have my card with me. I had my appointment with the doctor and then checked back with the front desk to make sure everything went alright with my insurance. They said everything was confirmed and that I was good to go. I later received a bill for the full amount, checked my insurance information on their website and found that they had NOTHING listed.

I have been with Novant Health - New Garden for several years and have been very pleased with the care and the compassion of all there. I was sad to see the first doctor I was with go but have been very pleased with Dr. Andy. She listens to me. Discusses what I can do to make necessary changes. After not being able to rid myself of an URI ( I was treated on a weekend at an Urgent Care) It was Dr. Andy who realized I was on the wrong medicine for the condition I had. The front office staff are always courteous and helpful and work fairly quickly considering the phone rings non-stop.

I saw the NP, Sarah Bailey and absolutely loved her. This coming from someone who had the same doctor for nearly 14 years and had to switch due to moving, so I wasnt expecting much. However, she was fabulous and very kind. The office staff, from the front desk to the nurse (and nurse in training that was shadowing her), was also very kind and warm. The location and the office were both very nice as well. My husband sees the doctor (Dr. Andy) in this same office and really likes her as well. My Chart is an added bonus. Very pleased with the experience!

I just got back from a visit to this doctors office. I just relocated to the area and was looking for a primary care physician. Not only was I treated like a number on a document but the NP actually suggested I stop taking one of my medecations and doubled a dose of another without even hearing my hystory or reviewing my previuos charts. This place is open to collect insurance. Hopefully someone else has a better experience than I did.

This is my Primary Physicians office. I saw in a car accident recently and the Doctor available was Doctor Sarah Bailey. She was able to see me the same day, discuss my concerns and address my issues. I was highly pleased with my visit and her bed side manner. She made me feel as though I was cared for as a person not just a patient. Also, the nurses that work with Dr. Bailey are equally caring and I appreciate them also. Thank you all.

I tried this facility more than a few times hoping it would change. The nurses didnt know how to give an IV. The doctor couldnt operate the machine, and they dont believe in referrals. Theyll treat your symptoms, but not the problem. Theyre open for the medical insurance money and the receptionist lacks any manners. Good luck to whoever tries it next, but dont go there if you have a critical medical issue. . .

I was really impressed with the office ans staff. Angela at the front desk was great, greeted me as a new patient with a big smile. Stephanie the nurse was really nice and communicated well with Sarah my NP about what we had discussed before. It felt nice and not rushed to get to the next patient. I do recommend this location to everyone! You wont be disappointed

DO NOT GO TO ANY DOCTOR ASSOCIATED WITH THIS MEDICAL GROUP! They have the most insensitive unprofessional thug staff in the history of medical offices. The physicians are more concerned with the money, not the patients. They actually have stolen money from patients credit cards erroneously and billed for services that were not rendered. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. They are after your insurance money and nothing else. My wife (a longtime patient there) was extremely sick and they advised they could try to work her in next week. The staff there is terrible and they seem to be incompetant in regard to their medical knowledge.

Horrible bed-side manner from nurses and doctors, horrible front desk staff, waited for over an hour to be seen, this office doesnt even rate in my book. However your rating makes me pick a star, just so I can post this...if I could give it a minus grade... I would!

i take both of my kids here a 5 yr and a 3 yr and the doctor and staff are always nice to us the doctor that attends my kid is Kimberly she is very nice even thou my kids are all over the place i feel welcome and their always nice to us

Today was my first visit. Mrs. B and Malissa took good care of me! Thy are soooo chill and easy to talk to. Im so glad I picked a great team. The ladies at the front were nice too! A really great health care home
