Went here when I experienced sudden breakouts. I told them I didnt want to be put on antibiotics and yet I was prescribed them. I was also prescribed Differin and a topical antibiotic cream. After starting the creams I had the most horrendous breakouts. Huge, inflamed, painful cysts all over my forehead and cheeks. My skin was 100 times worse than when I had initially gone in. It was agonizing and a horrendous waste of money. I ended up repairing my skin by visiting a Naturopath in Boulder. She advised me that the breakouts I had initially been seen for were almost definitely rooted in antibiotics I had been prescribed for 3 weeks due to a procedure and infection. So the antibiotics the dermatologist prescribed me were especially terrible for my already wrecked digestive tract! She got me on my way to happy skin with natural remedies and without harsh skincare. All this place gave me were dozens upon dozens of painful breakouts and a bill for it. I would never go back. Please, please consider other means for healing your skin. The Natural Acne Clinic in Lakewood does absolutely incredible work by blending natural internal solutions with great skin treatments. Also, functional doctors or naturopaths can be wonderful. My personal preference is a Functional Doctor and if you are looking for one in Denver try Dr. Marie Starling. Her practice is incredible.

They did a great job identifying the issue I was having. It was actually multiple things interacting so I am glad they were skilled enough to spot the real problem and address both issues. They also found a way to get me my medication for free and they gave me some samples that would help my skin. Id never seen a dermatologist before but it was a great experience and a month later, my skin looks great again! I see a lot of bad reviews about the staff at this location and I do have to say, I almost didnt come in for my first appointment after trying to schedule my appointment. The woman acted put out and annoyed that my insurance wasnt super clear (Im not an expert, I just told her what I knew!). When I got there they were nice and helpful. I could tell that they liked their job but maybe need to work on professional appearance and communication. If the office wants to address some of these reviews, it might be worthwhile to invest in training.

I only gave one star because zero is not an option. This place is a total disaster that I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. Specifically, the Thorton office is a nightmare Ive had the misfortune of dealing with on multiple occasions throughout the years, but dont take my word for it, read other reviews. From driving an hour for an appointment only to be told that my insurance requires a referral from a general physician when it turns out that is not the case, to scheduling issues, appointments with doctors who never show up, and in one case, waiting 30 minutes for them to figure out how to ring up a bottle of sun screen, I cant believe I actually trusted these clowns to cut things off my body. Do yourself a favor, find a place that knows what theyre doing and treats their patients with respect.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law, and I have attended DDC for several years and find all the doctors and assistants there are very concerned about in their patients needs. The service is wonderful, and we love all the doctors. Office staff is efficient as well. One day my husband tripped and fell hitting his ear against the corner of the wall, tearing his ear open and revealing the cartilage. DDC opened an appointment for him on an emergency basis. His ear was stitched, and after a couple of weeks, you could not tell anything had happened. This experience was so much better than having to go to the ER. Our one-year-old grandson was with him, and sat in his lap throughout the procedure. What a blessing to have DDC in the neighborhood!

Dr Welch is absolutely wonderful. She is very professional, and performs skin cancer surgery with as little pain as possible for the patient. She explains not only the procedure clearly at the time it is being performed, but also insures that her patient understands the necessary steps to follow after the surgery. The only complaint I have is with the reception personnel. They seem to be a bit incompetent when it comes to billing correctly. They do not know what your deductible is, so they overcharge you. To get a refund is like pulling. Additionally, they do not provide you with a statement of their charges. Who knows whether they charge you correctly?

TOTALLY WONT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE I MY SELF WENT HERE AND SPEND A LOT OF MONEY FOR NO RESULTS. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT. I WORK IN STAPLETON AND WONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. RECEPTIONIST WAS EATING HER LUNCH IN FRONT OF ME WHILE WAITING TO GO SEE A DOC;. THE NUMBING MEDICATION GOT ON MY EYES AND LIPS SO I WAS SWOLLEN FOR 1 WEEK. DOC SAID IT WAS OK. NOT OK FOR ME. AWFUL THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. ITS SAD WHEN THEY HAVE A LUNCH IN TO BRING MORE PATIENTS TO THEIR OFFICE WHEN I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NO RESULTS.

Dr. Ghiselli was direct, to the point, and probably a good practitioner. Her office, however, was so bad that I will no be going back for my follow-up. My first billing notice was wrong and came three months after my appointment. The second was mailed four months and when calling the office to ask questions, they incorrectly told me twice as much. I almost missed my window to pay with my HSA account because the billings were so late. I dont know how they could possibly do business like this. I wont be back.

I was seen promptly and the staff was very helpful. Dr. Nelson correctly diagnosed the rash on my back, and by using the cream prescribed and lowering the temperature in my home, it disappeared completely within a week. Im grateful for her help, as this has been a problem for a long time.
