I think that people tend to write reviews more often when they are mad then happy so I am writing this review to try to balance out the bad reviews. I was terrified to go to this doctor after reading some of the reviews online but didnt have a choice, so here goes. My 5 year old needed an EEG, we were pretty certain she was having absence seizures. Our 1st appointment was on a Friday to have the EEG, we had no appointment to see the doctor but he was there and seemed pleasant enough. As expected, our daughter has childhood epilepsy and it was significant enough for the dr. to call our pediatrician right away to get meds started. We met with him for our consult yesterday (Monday) and he was great with our daughter. He made her feel really comfortable and made her laugh while he was doing some tests. He spent time in the room with us explaining the results, letting us know we have options if this medication doesnt work, giving us some control over the medication and making a plan for treatment. He ordered an MRI to rule out anything else, blood work and scheduled a follow up. I thought he was thorough and compassionate. Keep in mind that this doctor probably sees thousands of patients so dont get too worried about about 10 or 20 bad reviews.

I agree with Gill Tod. This man yelled at my wife in the office and refused to return my phone calls regarding my 2 year old pride and joy afterwards to explain his actions or his thoughts on my daughter. Complete waste of time, and apparently a coward to boot. I highly recommend a different neuro. I will not hold my breath to log back into this page and find a "positive" comment. Adding to this review over a year after I wrote it. I had brought my daughter in for a neuro evaluation suspecting autism. The doctor actually suggested to my wife that my daughter may just be exhibiting bratty behavior due to poor parenting. Flash forward to today, we sought a second opinion and my daughter has been diagnosed as autistic. Shes doing well thanks to early intervention but no thanks to this doctor. Relying on his opinion could have impacted my little girls outlook for life.

Dont bother calling 15 minutes before they close, they shut their phones off and you will get their answering machine. Ive been waiting for over a month now for the doctor to call me back about an MRI for my son, but he made it very clear at our last visit that he has no interest in our case. Want him to fill out three pieces of paper for your work or whatever? Forget it! He "doesnt have the time", but he will gladly write up a five page report for you real quick. Four months later, still dont know what is wrong with my son. However, I take my other son to his neurologist and said neurologist looks at it after small talk and diagnosis the issue and says what he needs... Do NOT go here!

Dr. Arora is extraordinarily rude to his patients. He refused to listen to or acknowledge my concerns, and instead spent our appointment berating me for missing appointments that nobody even informed me about in the first place. When I tried to ask about rescheduling he simply walked away. He takes it very personally if you have to reachedule an appointment, because god forbid any of us have lives outside our neurologists office. If you have the opportunity, please do yourself a favor and find a doctor who doesnt act like a child.

This man is the best person around, helped me get RID of my seizures when other doctors just went oh here more pills for you. If you think hes such a bad Dr then how come I get my MRI stuff done fast and he talks to me nice and treats the kids just fine that Ive seen, dont be a CORNDOG cause you got some lame bone to pick.

Dr. Arora and all his staff are amazing people. He listens to my son not just to me since my son is his Patient even though he is only 6. The girls at the front desk and back office are always kind. Prescriptions, Labs and tests are never a problem. Thank you Dr. Arora and staff for caring about your patients
