Brooke Faddis!!!!

I really didnt want to give any stars but I couldnt post otherwise! The receptionist at the office is completely inept! 3 weeks ago I went into the office for my follow up appointment with Dr. Javeed. He was a fill in doctor that was about as inept as the receptionist so I was glad to find out that he was no longer there and that Dr. Barnes would be seeing me. Dr. Barnes doesnt work in the afternoons so I was told I had to reschedule. I really wish the office would have notified me of this prior to taking off work, but okay, I rescheduled for both my daughter and myself for today 5/9/17. I show up for the appointment a 1/2 hour early only to find out that I missed my appointment that was scheduled for last Tuesday. I told her I didnt miss my appointment and that it was for today, she told me I was wrong and could reschedule. The card below is in the receptionists handwriting for todays date. I will not reschedule and will not refer anyone to this place.

The best doctor that anyone could ask for! She actually spends time with you every time you visit her office. 7+ years of going to her! I live in Riverview and that shows that Iam willing to drive this far to see her. Her office, Stacy in particular is awesome and polite! Couldnt ask for a better doctor!
