Never have I ever in my 15 yrs of working in medical witness such a insensitive doctor. Rude and a liar ! Tells me she spoke to me over the phone about my mother and I have NEVER spoke over the phone to her. Took my mother to see her because of signs of dementia. Told her how my mother cries and is very confused. And she said myself and my mother needed to see a psychiatrist. I also stated she has been on a heavy amount of blood thinners for a year and no blood work has. When done. She proceeded to insult my mothers. Ails telling her she needed to cut them. Also said my mother was fat what was she eating? Well after the insults and her rude behavior and no care for my mother or any compassion I stated we need a doctor who is going to care for our mother. She said find another doctor and told us to leave. I cant. Believe someone is in our medical field as cold hearted and rude as this woman. She has no business taking care of anyone who can not care and speak for themselves. She is truly the type of doctor that gives medical a. Ad name. Unprofessional and no sympathy told me my mom is old and this is what its like and I need to take care of her and accept it. Wrong answer. So we will get another AMERICAN doctor who has a heart. Her and her husband are in it for the money not for the benefit of helping people get better. See her at your own risk. But my mom will. It be treated by this devil. Good luck if she is your elderly parents doctor. I would never leave her alone with my mom or let her be in charge of her health.

Drs appointment @ 1:45 today, showed up at 1:45, signed in, paid $20 co-pay and waited......25 min past and the Dr. walks in the office from outside, I am guessing coming back from lunch, she had food and a drink in hand. I waited a bit more to see if I would be called back.....nothing. I approached the desk and ask for my co-pay back because I dont have anymore time to wait. She said I cant.... so I walked out. About 5 steps I turned and went back in and demanded my money back, she said I can only credit. I said, No you can hand back my $20 dollars........she said shes going to call the cops, I laughed. Then I said let me see the Dr. now then, she got all pissy and talked to the Dr.. The Dr. walked out and said give him his money. This place is a joke..... Dont waste your time, The Dr. doesnt care about you!

My father has heart patient and has twelve stents. He was having chest pain and numbness on his face and arms. He called as the doctor requested before he tried the emergency room. Two and a half hours later and he never recieved a call back. We called again only to have a rude answering service to tell us she was not the person who took the message. My father raised his voice only to be hung up on. Now if my father ends up in the emergency room again it would be do to the neglegence of Dr Ushas answering service who never relayed the message the first time. We were able to get a hold of Kelly who stated she never recieved the message the first time. So here it is 5:15pm no call back.

A word of advice if you are a gay person in a commited long term relationship. Be prepared for Usha Agarwal to try and convert, belittle, insult, interogate and humiliate you/partner. The Dr. is condemning, arrogant and totally biased against gays in our society also please do not be deceived that she treats heterosexuals and the elderly much different. It is very odd that her clientel is mainly heterosexual women and heterosexual ederly men. There seemed to be an absence of heterosexual men among her clientel.

The staff is very rude. You cant ask them a single question without them acting like theyre going out of the way. The doctor herself was rude. She wouldnt listen to me without cutting me off and saying theres nothing she can do. Not to mention, as a new patient she didnt introduce herself and wasnt friendly Or caring.
