I had brought my children here for 2 years. My youngest son was constantly getting sick and my daughter has asthma and also seemed to always get sick fast. They repeatedly told me my children had fluid on their ears but that its normal and never did anything for it. After being fed up with the rudeness and poor bedside manner I found a new doctor. I was also tired of them explaining things to me. The new doctor immediately said fluid on ears was not normal or good at all. My children failed their hearing tests. After putting my daughter on allergy medicine and my son on antibiotics they decided they should go to an ENT. The ENT said fluid wasnt normal and can damage their hearing if not treated. My 2 year old son has hearing loss and has to have tubes in his ears and his adenoids removed now. They hope he regains his hearing loss. If the medicine doesnt help my daughter she will also have to have tubes put in. The ENT said my children should have been referred to them long ago. Its sad that a new doctor within a month got them to see a specialist and on the road to feeling better and Ramappa and his staff like Porcelli couldnt do this in the 2 years my children went there. My kids, especially my 2 year old has been sick often and suffered so much when he shouldnt have if the doctor was good. Im so glad they now have a good doctor who cares, pays attention and does their job right. Please think twice and then some more before choosing this doctor. Thank you.

My experience with this group has been great. My son was seeing a top-notch doctor in Trinity (this doctor was even on Mystery Diagnosis!). Regardless I was with that group for 9 yrs and was very happy. Because of insurance reasons I switched to Ramappa and associate. I was quite impressed when Ramappa requested blood work and that was never mentioned with the prior. Granted the Trinity office of the prior doc was very modern and had a rich feel but the appointments took FOREVER! You were in the waiting room 20-30 min then your room for 20-30 min (long time with cranky toddlers!). So when you call and are put on hold you may not have a recording of the many degrees and popular schools the docs went to, Hartford etc.., actually, with Ramappa, there is not even music when you are on hold, but I thought it was very good and feel comfortable putting the health of my children in their care. Oh, the time it takes to be seen is VERY reasonable! One last thing, I had a simple question that I forgot to ask when we were there and called to ask a nurse, the woman that answered said she would check in regard to my question and put me on hold. Well it wasnt the nurse that came on the line.... the DOCTOR actually got on the line to answer my question!! I was so surprised! Totally unexpected!!

Ive been coming to this office for many years with my oldest daughter and now with my 2 little ones. The wait time absolutely SUCKS!! They make you wait HOURS before you are seen. If they schedule you for 1:30 you dont get seen until about 3 maybe 4, but God forbid you walk in 5-10 minutes late to the appointment!! Definetely going to be switching doctors soon! My daughter sees many doctors throughout the Tampa bay area, including All childrens Hospital in St. Pete, and this is by far the only office that schedules you at 1:30 and you will walk out at 6pm even if they close at 5, you will be walking out at 6pm! Ridiculous. I gave it 2 stars because the doctors are not so bad, the waiting absolutely sucks!! Definetely not worth my travel from Holiday to Hudson!!

Please tell me why these nonprofessionals are able to legally work on such precious cargo!! I have never been to a more unorganized or uninformed office!!! This isnt based on a one time visit either. We had 4 children and went here for a year, because of transportation issues we stuck it out with them. My daughter had E coli and they didnt even bother to call and inform us/ or give her proper meds. The wait times are ridiculous. We were thrilled when we found A to Z pediatrics and got away from this horror show. His wife also is an Obstetrician and Ive heard stories that would make you cry about her office as well. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD

I have been going to this office since my son was born. Feb 2015. The doctors are very good! When Michael was first born he had a little yellow tint to his eyes and he had blood work done. He was just a little jaundice. Later they heard a heart murmur which they then sent us to a specialist to get checked out. A few weeks ago they noticed Michael was tounge-tied so today we had his procedure which they do right there in the office. It was quick and over before we knew it. I was more nervous than anyone. But it wasnt anything I had imagined it would be and over with in minuets. By the time we were home my baby boy was laughing and smiling!

If I could give 0 stars I would..This is by far the worst Doctors Pediatric Doctor in the county!! Not only is the Secretary Terry the Rudest staff member they have ,The doctors have NO IDEA what they are doing..( NOT DR.RAMAPPA himself)DO NOT TRUST THEM with your Children...Oh and not to mention calling me everyday for a week and a half canceling my sons appts moving it to the following day everyday for over a week, for a serious condition he needed to be seen for.. IVE HAD IT!! Changing Doctors IMMEDIATELY!!!

terrible .lets see where do I start how bout the fact the doctor doesnt speak clearly to the point the nurse has to decipher for us . poor attitude from most the girls at the front desk. went twice TWO scheduled appointments for my daughters shots both times was told didnt have it in stock . 2 months later switched to a new pediatrician never been happier . we this doctor from birth till she was 2 and 3 months old

The wait time is long but the Dr. Has always addressed my 3 childrens issues with no problem. They go regularly and Ive never had an issue. Problem is some people swear they know it all and lots of these rude reviews are from rude people. The staff is great and they have more than just the nurse doing everything always have

My daughter age 8 has been under his care for the past three years. Great service very informative and professional. Great with the kids. My daughter loves gonig to this doctor. Thank You guys for a job well done everytime. Highly recommended!

3 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES HERE.. The staff is very rude, the wait is never shorter than an hour and a half, they are very unorganized, inexperienced, and unprofessional. SO BAD! Were never going back.

Worst experience with a pediatrician ever!!! Rude and gruff. Ignored me completely and made my child cry.
