I have been going to this dermatologist for 9 years starting when I was 16 years old. I suffered from many cysts issues through the years which were extremely painful. When I first started going there I did not like the doctor at the time which was Dr. Lynm she was rude and tough on your skin. The nurses have always been great they always checked on me and cared about what I had going on. When Dr. Lynn left I had been switched to Dr. Filipof, she is the best Doctor I know!!!!! I recommend her to anyone!!! She will make you feel comfortable, shes extremely gentle, she explains things to you, and shows that she cares. Yes many people have said the wait is long. Yes, I agree with that statement knowing both offices pretty well but the wait is worth it. Id much rather go to a doctor that I trust as well as others which is why their office tends to be busy, because they have doctors worth waiting for. I went there recently and prior to that it had been awhile sense I have cleared up my acne but everyone showed so much excitement to see me as well as Dr. Filipof. I think the doctors and staff here are great for those needing a dermatologist.

Took my 13 year old son to see Dr. Manz, whom his pediatrician referred. Worst ATTITUDE FROM A DR. EVER!! Her nor her staff were inviting or welcoming as this was our FIRST visit. After sitting in the room 10 minutes she comes in and immediately starts to question my son about his skin. She did not introduce herself or even acknowledge I was in the DAMN room. She continued to ask about other dark areas instead of looking for herself. After glancing at his skin she says some medical Word I cant even begin to say much less spell (hyper somthing). I told her I was shocked at how this "exam" was going, asked was there another Dr. we could see, she said No, I told my son lets go. Never got the prescription called in the check out person said we would get. I DAMN sure wasnt calling them to ask about it. I did get a $50 bill though, guess its the copay. I swear if it wasnt in my sons name I wouldnt pay it. I hope she LEARN some people skills.

Horrible....I went to see Dr. Lisa Manz-Dulac, M.D who I have seen years ago. I feel the same way the other person did, who wrote lack bedside manners and care. I am going to go to another Derm. to get checked again! Dont waste your money or your time! Years ago she cared about you. Now, its like your not even there! I will never go back! Never! Just in it for the MONEY; could care less about you!

My problem was with the staff. The young lady that took me into the room and set things up. She was a know it all ....she would ask me a question and when I gave an answer she would proceed to tell me I was wrong as if I dont know my own body. She even eluded to the fact that I was old and confused about the things I was reporting. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Always a long wait, sometimes more than an hour. Waiting room is crowded and uncomfortable. I did not care for Dr. Lanz Dulacs "bedside" manner with my daughter who was about 10 year old at the time. This practice routinely overbooks. I would strongly recommend you find another demotology practice in town which is what I did.

I have been there three times and each time they let me wait at least 40 minutes, then asked me in for two minutes then kick me out. I got different doctors each time, and I think they are not friendly and patient. I definitely wont recommend this place.

If you have a ton of time to wait for your appointment, then go here. Its overbooking at its best. The doctors were not friendly at all. I rate it two stars because a member of their staff was excellent....

I felt like I needed to apologize for taking her time. It is not how a patient should feel when seeing a physician. I did not go back for my follow-up appointment.

Always treated with courtesy and staff is very knowledgeable. All doctors are efficient and have addressed my problems sufficiently at every visit!

Always a 45 minute to 1 hour wait however once I got in with the doctor face to face I got treated well. Only will see Dr Manz Dulac
