Called last minute (4:55pm) to get some stitches, woman on the phone was super nice. Arrived everyone there was very hospitable, except for the Dr. on staff. She seemed irritated that I showed up last minute. Was demanding towards me, and on top of that, instead of giving Me stitches in an area with a flexing joint that needed it, she used derma-bond!! Now I cant work for 2 weeks, have to wear a cast as I can not move my finger. I only needed a few stitches, the 2 other Drs I saw today couldnt figure out why she would use derma-bond on an area that clearly needed stitches. I would NOT go back. The Dr on duty clearly made a bad call, and was pushy. Other then that the staff was very nice the whole time.

I went in for a drug screen. Appointment was for 11:30 was taken in at 11:45 for specimen collection. Then waited 15 minutes just for doctor to sow up to examine me for 2 minutes. Wait times could be improved. Although staff was friendly and welcoming. Considering they had tv in waiting room it wasnt that bad.

I had a hour wait time but considering other places we all have that moment where had to wait more than that however it was well worth it using Concentra they were professional and was willing to help and made my visit worthwhile. Im sure theyll do the same for you Great place

This place is horrible. Not only is the wait time ridiculous. But they hire drs. Nurses and staff out of the Craigs list app.
