I accompanied a good family friend to her appointment recently. Its actually sad because she had a great experience with the doctor and the other medical staff. The issue was with the secretary. She was disrespectful and inefficient. Its unfortunate an otherwise great experience was so diluted by a poor team player. This goes to show how strategic even the most expendable member of your staff can be. Thumbs down.

The entire staff was efficient, professional, and incredibly sweet from the initial phone call to the visit itself. The secretary quickly got me in for a next-day emergency appointment and Dr. Beierle diagnosed my problem immediately. Overall, a fantastic experience.
