I LOVE this Dental practice! The entire Staff at this [all women] office is INCREDIBLE. Dr. Nair is the best Dentist I have ever seen: she is kind and personable, and goes out of her way to make sure I have the highest possible comfort level AND understanding before we begin any procedure. Dr. Nairs assistant, Tiffany is awesome. She is beyond sweet and very efficient and professional. And the Hygienist, Dee, is always thorough, not only in cleaning my teeth, but checking my ENTIRE mouth to make sure it is healthy. If youre at all trepidatious about having a dental procedure done, whether it is a filling, a crown, or even a cleaning, look no further. I have NEVER felt anything, let alone any pain, when Dr. Nair has given me a shot, not once - and I have had to have many! She is very precise and gentle! She goes out of her way to check in during a procedure, and she is awesome about letting you know how much longer the work will take; theres no guessing, which is awesome. To further your comfort level this practice has TVs in each room, both on the wall AND the ceiling, and the amazing staff will gladly provide you with headphones (to drown out sounds so you can just listen to your favorite program). They also offer soft, warm blankets (if you get a little cold). They even turned the heat down for me when I said I was nervous and getting a little hot! Seriously, this office goes above-and-beyond to see you promptly, and make sure your experience is a pleasant one. Additionally, I have never had a billing or appointment issue EVER with this office; all who work here are extremely personable, professional, and highly proficient. (Cathie at the Front Desk always has me in stitches, which always helps to alleviate my anxiety, and Wendy who handles the billing and insurance always makes sure to let me know what is going on with my insurance, so I never have to worry about any surprises). I cant recommend this office enough. In fact, my husband and I have both discussed that if we have to ever move out of state for work, we would still come back to Roswell twice a year to get our teeth cleaned, or more if we needed a procedure. They are THAT "Good!"!!

What a great office! I have one day a week when Im free to "do the doctor thing" with my three kids (12, 9 and 3), so getting them appointments can be a real pain. Dr. Nair and her staff made getting my kids teeth cleaned a breeze. When I got to the office, I had next-to-no wait time, which is a miracle in my opinion. As a dad, nothing irks me more than waiting! The waiting area was nice, very well decorated and comfortable, and there were toys for my youngest to play with. The front staff made sure that we cycled in and out with no hassle, and the hygienist, Kelly, was top-notch. She knew that three kids could be hand-full, so she worked in an efficient and thorough manner to get everybody seen, and even managed my difficult middle child with a calm that I wish I had! While the middle child was getting seen, Dr. Nair came out to see if I had any questions or concerns about any of my tribe; she was very friendly and accommodating, doing a great job at relieving my tension at being at an appointment flying solo. I wish I had known before-hand what a great practice this was, as I am way over-due for a cleaning myself, and I know I would have gotten the same outstanding service that my kids received.

I love Good Dental Care. I have been going here for years even when I lived in Gwinnett, I made sure to continue going here because I know it was the best choice. Dr. Nair has done so much for me whether its been a root canal or cosmetic work. She does everything she can to make sure Im not in any pain. She and Tiffany make the not so fun visits better, because of how much they care for their patients. Kathy is always welcoming and Kelly does a great job with your cleanings. She does is quickly, but very accurately. They are professional and at the same time fun loving, which is much needed when you know youre about to have a cavity drilled. Tiffany has made me laugh numerous times. They listen to your needs, the wait time is very short, the office and rooms are warm and welcoming, and the staff again, is very professional.

I go to see Dr. Nair twice a year. Each time its like a reunion. They welcome me and ask about my family, all of whom also go to Dr. Nair. Her staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. The office is in a great location in Roswell. Its really clean and modern. In the picture on their website you can see a TV on the wall. What you cant see is the TV on the ceiling! Thats really nice for the patient who spends most of the time looking up. All of Dr. Nairs staff, Cathy, Tiffany, and Kelly, are friendly and professional. They spend time with each of us to make us feel comfortable. And they explain what they are doing. They have been there a long time so there is a feeling of continuity. I have been going to Good Dental Care for many years and will continue to go there.

Everyone here is super nice. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. My insurance had a huge mix of with some billing that caused some frustration on my part. It seemed that the front desk employee was unsure of what she was doing with payment, but it turns out it is an insurance glitch. That doesnt go without saying that a customer should not ever feel like something is not professional. Possibly double checking on their part about payment with insurance before telling the customer what they have to pay could be a good idea. But nonetheless, they were able to fix everything no problem! As most people know...insurance is just a head ache anywhere. Aside from the confusion, I would recommend this dental office.

Im so glad one of my former co-workers recommended this place several years ago when I had a chipped tooth. It has a new name now, and there are a few new faces, but this group of professionals is fantastic! So friendly, welcoming, and caring. They always try to accommodate me and work around my schedule. I moved to Stone Mountain a few years ago and considered finding a dentist closer to my new home, but I decided I dont mind making the 60+ minute drive a few times a year. Need a new dentist? I highly recommended going to Choice One Dental of Roswell!

Dr. Nair and her team are the best. They do a great job, from ensuring that you are comfortable while you are receiving treatment to taking the time to take you outside to match your caps in the daylight to ensure you get the best result possible. The communication is excellent, when there was inclement weather (an upcoming ice storm), they called me the night before to let me know they would open early so I could keep my appointment before the weather hit. Everyone is very friendly and focused on their patients, especially Cathie at the front desk.
