I interviewed with the counselor dont know her name but she is the obese one. I had to call her 2 times after a couple of weeks. To request my report She was rude and did not explain how the program can help. I never became part of the program but was charged a fee.

They say they are open 8 to 8 but there are many times they dont have someone to "observer" you. So you need to call and see if they are actually able to see you.
