I am still desperate for help but I will never go back to them. When I FINALLY did manage to get in with them, my psych was extremely rude. Kristy Bundakumara or something like that. She belittled be constantly, never listened to me, ect. The staff are extremely rude. This is insane for people who are there to help people with MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS. Please find better help. Boycott the hell out of these idiots. They dont care for you at all. They want money and thats it. Say the slightest wrong thing and theyll make your life hell, too. Wont work with your schedule at all. Hateful people. You cannot talk freely here, or they will shove you into a padded room. Worst care, absolute neurotypical behavior. My psych actually suggested I get off meds and do yoga. My brain doesnt have the right balance of chemicals... thats why I want medication... What I have is hereditary. I was anxious and fidgety one day and she actually yelled at me in the office. I left in tears.

I have to agree with the fact that they would rather see you dead, then actually help you. I contacted them when my husband was killed last month and they got mad at me because I didnt call early to schedule an appointment. They then told me that I could come in but they wouldnt guarantee I could see someone. They actually know less than I do, since they are doing this to pay off their student loans or as an internship. I have a license in counseling, but I was extremely distraught and absolutely no one in town would help unless I said I was going to kill myself. Then you would be thrown in to a padded cell with no therapy, getting yelled at to socialize for 3 days. You will be released at that time with no follow up. But this is medicaid for you. You receive the worst care and they manage it in conjunction with medicaid, which means that youre poor and you will not get any type of medication to help with anything.

I have to agree with everyone else on here. Its impossible to get in. I thought I was going to have a medication management today but it turns out this is a therapy appointment to get a referral for medication management. This was 2 weeks after skyping with some guy in Baily that was supposed to give me some sort of a consultation for services. I was under the impression that he was giving me the referral for medication management. I recently moved here and have already been on medication since 2011 but need a refill so Ive gone a week without a medication that Im not supposed to quit cold turkey. Im glad I waited 2 weeks for these people that dont even help.

Its impossible to get an appointment and everyone is rude as hell. They are annoyed by you calling or showing up. They do not care about people, and I too agree with the reviews that say theyd rather you just die than actually try and help you. Please find real help, do not waste a second with these horrible people.

I have been using Aspen Pointe for four years.I have had a problem with having to change therapists, because mine keep retiring or finding new jobs. Otherwise, they are always doing anything they can to help and make sure youre safe. Awesome staff. Great resources.

This facility would rather have someone commit suicide and kill themselves then to take the time out of their day to go out of their way and actually help someone. These people do not care about clients. Just rather see you dead.

Nice and Friendly staff that are willing to help. Ive been attending for 2 years and I havent had a bad experience. I would recommend Aspin Pointe to anyone who is looking for mental help, and counseling services.

My best friend knows more about her therapists life than the therapist knows about her. Maybe the therapist needs help of her own , not on my friends appointments though
