I am very unhappy with how the treat my mother. First of all, they wouldnt let her have a pass to leave the nursing home to come watch the SuperBowel with her family!, bEcause of fall risk!!! The only time she has fallen is there because there are not enough nurses on staff for one hall!! Shes gotton hurt more times there than she has EVER at home!!! This place is wrong!!! The nurses are always just hanging out at the station talking, I kidd you not everytime I go I hear people in rooms needing assistance and they just stand there bullshitting....terrible.

If you love your family member that needs nursing help dont take them to this place . . my mother never gets the care she needs, If she doesnt and/or cant eat something they serve they never bring her something else she has gone a whole day and night without any food. The nursing staff is a joke and so is the facility. If your family member is really in need of help find somewhere else to go, this place is pretty much just waiting for their patients to die so they can get on with their day and pick up a paycheck.

Terrible place. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE in the care of these horrible people. I know first hand how the nurses are. The residents will press the beeper thing for assistance and theyre sitting there for an hour waiting for someones help. Most nurses are rude to the residents and ignore them. I only know of one nurse who was incredibly caring and sweet. Sadly I do not know her name to give her praise. One nurse out of at least 20 though is horrible. The only nice thing they do for these people is BINGO night.
