Very rude and disrespectful doctors and staff members. Upon arrival the front waiting area stunk very bad and was dirty. Waited 30 min to get called in, another hour and a half for doctor to come in. The doctor did not introduce himself, poked my wound which made it hurt worse then left. Wait another 30min to get X-ray and come to find out the "tech" doesnt know how to run machine which takes another 30min. Go back to room wait another 30min to be given a we think this is the problem answer then sent on my way. During this whole time the assistants were gossiping, cursing and joking around I could hear in patient room. This is the worst medical treatment and facility I have ever experienced. This facility deserves a 0. Dont go to this place, you will regret it.

This is the most disorganized medical facility Ive ever been to. The doctor forgot to write me a prescription. I assumed it was on the piece of paper they sent me home with...wrong! When I called to let them know before their posted closing time...surprise, the whiny, lazy front desk staff didnt answer the phone. All they could talk about while I was there was going home. I will say that the people that treated me were great, they are better than that place. But, nonetheless, Ill save my money and treat myself before going to this circus again.

Go in with a pretty serious back injury caused by work related accident. First I get an mri scheduled for my ankle. Yes it was pretty swollen but i went in for my back not the ankle. I ask for my back to be checked. Pills and pt is their answer. Now here i am demanding them to tell me what is wrong with my back. Its been 2 hours in a room waiting on another doctor. Im only 21 btw and this has been going on for 2 months.

I am a PA that was sent here for a Pre-employment physical. When I went in today, the wait was 2.5 hours, every chair was filled in the waiting room, and there was a foul odor to the waiting room. The 1980s game show playing on the TV was less then entertaining. As a healthcare provider, I am not impressed. I feel that this is a sad clinic that is only interested in making money, not patient care.

Just went to Concentra for a workmans comp injury. Everyone was so nice, concerned, helpful, and checking on you. They did their best to make the process to be pleasant as possible to try to go quickly. Thank you so much to all the staff their who helped me!!! Especially Karen C., Klein C, Dr Ginsburg, and I wish I got more names. But thank you for the rushing and the Popsicle.

I would recommend you perform emergency care on yourself before you consider going to these bozos. Rudest, most incompetent staff Ive ever seen. Not even sure any of the nurses or doctors have ever been to nursing/medical school.

The nursing staff here are friendly and efficient, although they could improve on the 15 minute wait to get a TB shot. Also providing a call to that TB test patient to return to have the site read would be awesome!

The staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable when I was in pain. They even brought me a warm blanket when I was cold!! I truly appreciate their compassion!!

Unprofessional. Was seen after 2 hours with light business here. And waited over 30 minutes for paperwork just to leave. They had a bunch of excuses for why they couldnt get me out the door

Very nice people. When I asked if they were a PPO for my insurance they said their doctor for that plan was pour out and kindly directed me to an alternate facility. No time wasted.
