PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC. Within HOURS of leaving this review today, on 2/15/17, I have had multiple employees message, and harass my friends and family through facebook!! This is EXTREMELY unethical, unprofessional, and down right harassment!!! Save the $2 you would spend here to buy yourself a soda from the Mc donalds down the street. This is one of the absolute WORST clinics I have ever had the displeasure of being a patient of. Ive been waiting for my mri, xray, AND blood results for the last 3-4 months. THREE TO FOUR MONTHS FOR LAB RESULTS THAT TAKE LESS THEN A WEEK TO DO. On top of that, if youre expecting them to give you a call back on important lab reaults, they wont. They straight up will not call you back on any circumstance for any reason. Come to find out, they never even received my lab results!! It took 3-4 months of calling nonstop every day just for them to tell me they never got them. Told me if I wanted my lab results I had to call the hospital I had them done at and get them myself, when I asked what hospital it was that they sent me to they told me "I cant tell you at this moment in time, Im away from my computer". it is a literal nightmare just to call the place alone. Its a miracle of God if you manage to get ahold of any kind of staff member at this clinic. For the last 7 hours Ive done nothing with my day but try and get my test results back. THEY ANSWERED ONE TIME OUT OF THE 20 I CALLED. I have the call logs to prove it. then the staff has the gull to transfer me to someone who doesnt even come in today?! Are you kidding me?! The physicians are good, just dont expect to keep the same physician for anything longer then 6 months they have an overwhelming turnover rate for them. The staff, specifically the front desk, the need to be fired and replaced, or at the very least retrained on how to properly answer a phone and how to properly transfer to people who are actually at work that day. I would rather go to peek Vista then the value care again. It is absolutely disgusting the amount of disrespect the front desk gives the patients who call in. The front desk staff is what has turned me away from this place. I will NEVRR recommend this clinic again!!!!

My husband had an appointment that I set up. They gave me the option for 4:30 or 5:00. I set it for 5, but was told to show up half an hour early. When they called him to confirm, they said it was at 5:30. We showed up at 4:30 just in case. We were waiting and it got to be after 5. A woman with her sick child got tired of waiting and asked for her copay back. She said her appt was at 5 and she couldnt wait. They told her that it was at 5:45. When she left, I made a comment that we werent the only ones they did this to. I was 100% sure I set the appt for 5, it wasnt me messing up. At that point, we were the only patients in the waiting room, along with the receptionist. A few minutes later, the nurse came in and asked what happened to the people that left. After that question, the rest of their conversation was in Spanish. I really dont appreciate when people are obviously talking about me in another language right in front of me. Thats incredibly disrespectful. The nurse walked away and the receptionist said, "So well be with you in just a moment." We were finally called back at about 5:15. When we got in the room, I told the nurse that my husband needed the flu shot and tdap, something that I specifically told the person I spoke with when I made the appt. She told me that they could do the flu shot, but not the other. I explained how important it was that he get the shot and after some running around and a call to a supervisor, she said she could do both shots. After a long wait, the doctor spent a couple minutes looking at him and sent us on our way after getting his shots. It was about 6:10 when we left their office. It took nearly two hours to have a very simple visit. My husband will be going to a different clinic next time. The whole experience with these people was ridiculous. They are extremely unprofessional.

Worst health and customer care ever received. My family has attended this clinic for a year now and we will never again return. We had some previous issues with the clinic to which the "owner" sat down with my mother and fix and address her concerns. My father recently ran out of refills on his high blood pressure medication and we called for a refill which they denied as apparently they had changed doctors and he needed to be seen. After the receptionist refused to send any refill, the owner spoke with us and gave us an appointment for today so he could get some meds. As I was already on the phone with the owner I voiced our concerns that we had never gotten a call back nor results about any test for my mother and she simply asked if there was a question there . I continued to tell her that it was not a question but a concern as we would like to hear back about labs and other exams done. She again asked if there was a question there. I expressed to her that it wasnt a question but rather a concerned about the way they dealt with theyre patients and that I found it disarming that she wasnt taking a patients concerns or comments into account. She responded by saying the appointment had been cancelled and we wouldnt be getting any medication. So a patient who needs medication cant get it because they changed doctors without notice and apparently he needs to be seen for something as simple as blood pressure when he clearly already has an extensive file that shows his condition and how well hes been responding to meds. Way to run the business !

I came to this place as an alternative to Peak Vista and Im actually about to go back to Peak Vista its been so horrible. I started going here about 3 to 4 years ago and it was great! Got my appointments scheduled and completed quick and easy. The staff was kind and very attentive. However, since the beginning they have changed staff at least once a year, including the doctors themselves. Now a days its almost impossible to get a hold of them and when you do your either transferred to another employee who isnt even working at the time of the transfer or your told to do a walk in on Mondays between 8 and 9 or something like that. Ive also been told myself as well as my girlfriend that we have to fill out new paperwork since there is a new doctor. Why should we have to fill out paperwork when they change doctors? You still have all my paperwork on file, why do you need new paperwork just because of a new doctor? This place never answers the phone and when they do you get no resolution. Staff is constantly coming and going. I dare say it, but Peak Vista is better than this place.

Very unprofessional! I called and asked to have a note put in my chart for a cortisone shot (spoke with male office manager) during my next appt. I was told "no problem" and hung up. When I got to my next appt (and paid a large copay) I was told their office does not even provide cortisone shots and there was no note in my chart that I had even called in. The DR. Informed me even though I had a valid diagnosis I would need to get X-rays proving such a diagnosis (instead of referring to my records I brought). After my X-ray was taken I would then need to make ANOTHER appt to talk about my results, THEN another appt with a joint specialist that value health clinic would refer me to. So much run around! I even had blood work done and they couldnt find my results! Do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic like the plague. It seems Im not even the only one who has had problems with their poor care. Shame on them!
