The Dr. I see there is very good & professional at his job. He listens to what your physical reactions to what you are going through does to you. As per examples, my pain and where it is located along with how it limits my functioning in my daily life. Also how my spinal cord injuries take away from the quality of my daily life. 2nd. The pharmacy at Pace is at times very incompetent. That is where the Patient (ones self) must be very attentive to the medicine they get. You also must continually remind Pace pharmacy in advance on the day and the medicines you are suppose to get each month. Also Pace pharmacy has sent the wrong amount of medicine. So us the Patients must stay on top of these factors every month even tho it is their responsibility, somehow the Pace pharmacies incompentence will be placed upon you if you are not aware if all they are doing with your medicines and the delivery of your medicines and the amount. So stay on top of all of this if you join Pace.

I visited with my mom and dad, we waited for Kristen to give us a tour, she had been standing at the counter talking to the front desk employee for 10 minutes before she finally spoke to us. During the "tour" she would stop and talk to random employees while my parents were talking to staff members, I felt that was extremely rude. She can wait until she is done with work to gossip about what other employees are doing or not doing, it was that loud we heard her. After that we decided it was best my parents used different facility.
