This clinic is terrible. One year for my annual exam I spent over a half hour in the waiting room (even though I was on time) and 5 minutes at the most talking to the doctor. None of the staff even mentioned the fact that I had been to an urgent care facility within 6 months of my visit, even though I noted it on my check in form (which means they either didnt notice or didnt care). After my last annual wellness exam I was charged for 2 additional services which I did not even want in the 1st place and that the nurse completed without 1st informing me that they were not included with my exam (had I been made aware of this I would have declined both as I didnt need either one). After playing phone tag with the billing department of the clinic for 4 months, all they were willing to do to correct their mistake was to take off the lesser charge (which was under $20) and cut the remaining charge (which was over $100) in half, leaving me responsible to pay the remaining amount. I was told they were working with their staff to inform patients when a procedure will incur further charges, which means I am not the 1st patient they have done something like this to. This place clearly cares more about getting your money than about providing quality healthcare and I will not be going here again. If it were possible to give zero stars I would.

I called to today 7-13-17 to make a pregnancy appointment with a dr to see how far along I am and the desk lady was so rude in her voice acted like she couldnt help me and then hung up I called back told her the correct insurance and asked for Friday to be seen and she said there are no available dr.s I dont go to this one normally Ive heard bad things like the people are rude they mean mug you as you walk threw the door they are not considerate but I do have an appointment with them and I will be seen tomorrow and I will be back with yet another review of the cshp in fountain .

My only negative experience so far was with the lab I needed to do fasting labs and my wait time was over 45 minutes they were not even busy! The lab hours are strange to 1pm close time really? They only have one Lab Tech? I might try them again and see how it goes......................
