Absolutely Horrible!!! Most inconsiderate, unprofessional and careless medical center Ive ever dealt with. Scheduled an appointment last week even had the lady on my phone take my health insurance information and "confirm" that the provider, whom i was being scheduled with, accepted my insurance. Missed two days of work to be able to make this appointment costing me hundreds of dollars. Just a little over 2 hours before my appointment I get a phone call stating that they have to reschedule me because the person I was scheduled to see doesnt accept my insurance and the soonest they could get me in would be 14 days later. They had all day friday and monday to have called and told me this in which i couldve gone to work and not lost money for nothing.

Experience was horrible, staff was unfriendly, rude and uneducated. People walking into a crisis unit are already under a lot of stress and turmoil to just get pushed away. The crazy thing is most of these places are money hungry and dont want to deal with you if you are a patient with Medicaid. The crazy thing is the staff was unhelpful not because they could not help but because they did not want to be bothered. The crazy thing is 11 hours later and a trip to the ER we were told to go back to Aspen Pointe after they denied helping us, to turn around a reject us again. The system they gave set up to "help" patients is fraud and unjust.

Just wanted a referral. Didnt expect to wait in a room for hours then get my things taken away. They treat people more like prisoners than patients. A better bedside manner could go a long way here.

These people would rather see someone kill themselves and their children come home and find them dead then to take the time to help them!
