Office hours say 8-5. Never answer the phone at 8. Getting night service. When they do answer, no urgent appointment slots are ever available. They encourage use of ER or urgent care. Does anyone understand Er is not used as PCP, its called emergency room for a reason. As well as urgent care. Not to mention the cost of each to the patient. Calls are never returned, prescriptions are messed up by medical assistants. I even had to go as far as getting material they needed to obtain a prior authorization for something because they didnt know how.

Nothing but problems. Rude staff. No calls back. Prejudiced people. No office manager! Evil evil place..... IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH/TIME/LOVED ONES, GO TO PARKVIEW!!!!!

Horrible wait time. We waited 40 minutes in the wait room then 30 minutes for the doctor. That is ridiculous! I dont have time to be waiting all day for the doctor

Never answer my emails through their website, lousy about calling back and billing is awful. Guess we are done and will go elsewhere.
