Karen and her staff are amazing............. I can tell you from experience working in the medical field, it just truly does not get any better than this Dr. and her wonderful support staff anywhere. My sister just recently had a very bad stroke......... Karen is her Dr. I called and left a message with answering service and asked Karen to call me. Without even knowing why I wanted phone call back.. she called me back in a few minutes after leaving the message.......... I had a few questions, but mainly I just wanted to talk to her because I needed her emotional support. She was there and took time to talk with me not to me............. expressed her true concern for my sister. She explained to me to call her anytime if I needed anything, even if it was just to talk................ That is how special and beautiful this Dr. is................ She and her clinic are a blessing beyond words to my family and to all people that are fortunate enough to have her as their provider and their advocate. We thank-you Karen, Serena and all of the staff at Prairie View Family care.

Dr. Karen and Staff have been very kind and professional in the past 2 years Ive been going to see them. They are not rude - as one person suggested - they just get down to the business of getting you in to see the kindest and most compassionate Dr. in town and dont have time to chit chat. If you want good care from an awesome Dr. at the lowest prices in town (especially if you cant afford insurance) then Prairie View is the place to go. If you want to chit chat then go somewhere else - get charged an arm and a leg - and lose out on having one of the best healthcare practitioners around taking care of you. Dr. Karen is more than anyone on medicaid could ever hope for. She has been both my preemies pediatrician and I have always been happy with her level of compassion and empathy. She also takes many foster children and the system is lucky to have her. The front staff used to be awful but has significantly improved over the past 2 years. Once I was rushed out of the exam room while still trying to comfort my baby who had received shots and the phone lines out there can be unreliable but I dont believe either of those situations reflect on her or the care my family has received at this practice. She is truly an advocate for health!

i hate taking my kids to the Dr, but when i do, i will go no where else. Dr. Karen and her staff are friendly, personable, and very helpful. Quick diagnosis and fast referrals to specialists. Dont waste your time looking for another Dr. This place has the best service!!
