These guys are awesome!!! My young daughter had injured her head that caused a gash. What I have learned from this experience is head injuries bleed ALOT. As a mom, this was scary. I briefly remember as I racing that there was a UcHealth here in Falcon. I went straight there. From the moment I walked in till I left and came back for my daughter check up, they took care of us. They let me know everything was okay with my daughter, they explained everything they were going to do. Karina G. was amazing with my daughter where she didnt even notice when they put 2 staples in. They talked to her where she was calm and relaxed. When we came back we had Pete and Allison do the checkup. Again they were awesome, explained everything, Kept my daughter Calm and remove the staples. She was so distracted by them talking to her, she didnt even know they removed them. They gave her a stuff animal and just showed they really cared. I would highly recommend these guys. They were awesome. Thank you so much guys for taking care of my baby and this freaked out mama!!

I most certainly would recommend UCHealth Falcon Urgent Care. Check in for my twin boys was efficient, professional and with privacy respected even in an open lobby. The clinic itself is new, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The provider on shift, K. Glover, was very professional and efficient. She was very kind and established a great rapport with my twin two year olds! She was extremely thorough with their examinations, creatively engaging to my other twin while examining the patient twin. Additionally, she provided informative patient / parent education to summarize the visit.

Will never go there again. Dr G completely missed the diagnosis for my daughter. What she said was so out there, its now become a family joke. Recommended the ER and then a specialist when I said I didnt feel the ER was necessary. Two hours of waiting and I took my child directly to a different facility for a second opinion. She had a sinus infection. RX and she was good to go, no specialist needed. Their receptionist was outstanding however.

Doc Glover had me sitting in the room with my sick kiddo for 3 hours, and not oncr had come in to even acknowledge us. I opened the door to see when we would be seen, and she was sitting in her office chit chatting. I walked out with out being seen. I work for uchealth and typically dont have anything bad to say, but this was horrible care and unprofessional. I wikl stick with going to falcon urgent care.

Visited today for problems with my knee and could not have been more pleased with the care provided. Very professional and friendly staff and Pete was just awesome in treating my injury. He took the time to clearly explain the problem and the fix and had me back on my feet by the time Id left. Will definitely be using this facility in the future. Thanks to all of you!
