If you work for the DOD or DOS and have the Foreign Service Benefit plan for insurance, avoid this place! The front desk staff and medical staff were friendly and helpful, but the billing department really dropped the ball. My account is basically a big fat mess. Even though the address of where to send claims to (Wash DC) is very clearly written in english on the back of the card they were unable to process our claim (stating they sent it to my insurance which my insurance never received) Apparently someone saw the name of my insurance company and sent it to their "international" department for debt collection. Foreign Service Benefit Plan, must be a foreign insurance, right? This happened with 2 members of my family. My 3rd childs account was billed to "Aetna" because there is an Aetna logo on the front of my insurance card because our insurance runs on the Aetna network. Again, they did not follow the directions on the back of the card of where to send the claim to. I can see getting it wrong once, but 3 times? Ive also gone to the CSHP urgent care facilities which in my opinion are not as nice and they processed our claims just fine. I think Ill stick with CSHP. I have pretty good credit, I dont need Centuras billing department ruining it for me.

Checked the website it said 15 minute wait time when I arrived. I figured double that would be more accurate. When I got there the front desk lady seemed like she was trying to deter patients and told me it would be a long wait about 1 hour. There were maybe six cars in the parking lot when I arrived and two people ahead of me. It has been an hour and I have yet to be seen but have spent my time overhearing the front desk lady (who has not left the desk) get rude with people on the phone calling with questions telling them everyone in the back is too busy to answer any of their questions, I wonder if her X-ray vision was giving her the uptodate info. She also announced my info change across the room instead of asking me to come to the desk, smh. She then tried to excuse the wait by telling the two of us in the waiting room that the back is soooo full with super sick people needing IVs and procedures. Okay so send them to the hospital...when there is no evidence of other people here its really hard to think that there is any reason at all to wait over an hour for a simple strep test. Also dont announce my private info into the waiting room even if there are only two other people here.

Very unprofessional. Advertised services(CT scan) were closed at 4:30pm despite clinic being open for an additional 3.5 hous because their technicians left? They claimed their normally open until 8. No communication between the nurse practitioner and CNA. After being able to provide nothing the nurse practitioner referred us to the closest hospital for a CT scan. When following up with us the CNA was completely unaware with what was going on and asked us what hospital we were going to. Furthermore after being told they could do nothing and were leaving we had to collect our ID from the front desk, where they held us up again to make copies of despite: A. Offering us nothing B. Having held these the entire hour we were there and the office being empty(come on I know receptionists make nothing but really that lazy?) C. Referring us to the hospital(again not my area of expertise but once you refer someone to the hospital shouldnt there be at least some urgency?) All in all this was one of the most unprofessional experiences Ive had ever(not limited to healthcare). They provided no service to us other than acting as a CC terminal to collect our copay.

I visited this urgent care facility about 2 months ago. I had 2 groupings of bites on my right side. I was dizzy, nauseas, disoriented. My right arm was numb and tingling. The front desk staff was friendly but the care and diagnosis I received from the nurse practitioner was a joke. It was very obvious that I was experiencing some toxicity from the bites (I slept it off and felt better by the next day), but I walked out of there with a diagnosis of carpel tunnel. I have no previous issues with either hands or wrists and have had no issues since. I felt that the np was so focused on finding a diagnosis she didnt actually look at the symptoms. All she heard was that my arm was numb and I work in a call center. This visit was a waste of time and money and I would not recommend this facility or np (I believe her name was Valerie) to anyone.

Ive frequently visited this urgent care for myself and my daughter. Ive never had any problems like the other reviewers are describing. Ive gone to the back as quick as 10 mins and as long as 1 hr. To me this is an appropriate time to wait at an urgent care. We used to use Memorials Urgent Care on Circle and have waited sometimes over 2 hours, and taking over 4 hours to get out of there. If you dont have a whole day to spend Centura Health Urgent Care is the place to go. I cannot invalidate the other peoples opinions but I can give you mine and say this is a good place to go for unexpected medical issues.

I dont even think this deserves 1 star! This place is a joke!! The receptionist is RUDE! The service is SLOW! I should have looked at the reviews before I came in. I was here at 750a and It took them an hour to get me back. The only have 1 doctor and only take 1 patient back at a time! Not to mention the homeless guy using the phone for the hour I sat in the waiting room. Was arguing about drug money he as owed!!! I mean really!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Its trash! I definitely wont be coming back here!

This is the best experience Ive had at an Urgent Care. The receptionist was pleasant. Her name was Dorothea or something close. The wait time we also short. I was taken back by either Joy or Cindy (a small, perhaps Asian-descended lady). Im not sure. She was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to help me find a pharmacy by my house. My doctor was Dr. Reasoner, and he was a scream. Hes hilarious, kind, and very inviting. It was actually almost nice to be a little sick this once.

Front desk personnel were very caring and kind..they assisted me immediately. They had my paperwork to me and in the computer within minutes. The medical assistant was very professional. I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner, Valerie. The entire experience was outstanding and I recommend this facility highly and if needed will return without hesitation.

I have been having problems for almost a week but im always busy so i called explained everything and they informed me i needed to go to an emergency room which saved me alot of time driving over ther also they didnt need to see me just for money anyother place would have wanted me to come in just to tell me they cant help me

Horrible. Go somewhere else. My entire family of 9 needed to be seen for possible strep throat. My youngest daughter is crying she is in so pain and we were refused service. The receptionist was rude and said they would not triage us because of the size of family and she wanted to go home.
