My mom was in the rehab center (skilled nursing) and in Clare Bridge Memory Care. The experiences at both places were terrible. Her care in rehab was substandard. Left to sit in soiled diapers. Getting very little attention. I have no complaints about the therapists. They seemed to be doing their jobs. She had been there 3 times and hated it. I found out that shes still being billed for a wheelchair but she passed away at the end of July and here it is, almost December 1st. They had her sign for the chair and she had Alzheimers. They dont know where it is, at this point. As far as Clare Bridge...a complete nightmare. Falls all the time, smelling like urine, her clothes turning up missing, rude employees, etc, etc, etc. So many urine stains on her (almost) brand new mattress, watery diarrhea left to dry all over the bathroom floor and lower part of the walls. She was on her death bed, semi-comatose, and no one called us for a day and a half. I found her in that condition when I went to visit her. Everyone was outside having a bbq while she was left in her bedroom, alone. We all missed out on time with her while she was left by herself. I wouldnt let either place take care of my neighbors dog!!!

I was just the passenger in a car driving on i-25 and a Brookdale Skyline Senior Living (blue) car was driving recklessly. They would not allow us to shift lanes when we put our signal on, swerving in an intimidating way towards our car until they finally passed. While passing, the older man driving the car took the time to slow down, look in our window and flip us off. I assure you, there was nothing to warrant this aggressive driving behavior. It is a horrible advertisement for the company and there was no hows my driving sticker with a phone number to call if their employees are reckless. To the point: If this is how they are on a highway, and arent looking at the accountability of their drivers, then why would you ever trust them with the safety and care of a loved one?

I have been working at Brookdale Skyline for 5 years and have had a truly excellent experience here. From being a caregiver to moving into Marketing and Sales, my experience with management has always been supportive and the community itself is great for our seniors. Skyline recently renovated its Assisted Living building, removing 6 revenue generating rooms just to enhance the comfort and living experience for our residents with a brand new dining room and serenity café. Its all brand new and beautiful. Way to go Brookdale!

I have worked with Heather and Caren over at Brookdale and they have been great to work with. The facility is more like a resort than anything. Lots of activities for the seniors and a top notch facility near the mountains. You wont find a better view of the front range than at Brookdale. If you are in the market for a senior community, look no further than Brookdale Skyline.

Generally OK for the price, and a very nice location (great views of the mountains), clean and comfortable, but some real problems occasional lack of proper staffing, mediocre food and problems with heat and thermostat issues. There are some very good people there, but the overall experience needs improvement.

I wish my mother could continue her care here! This is an amazing facility! They really encouraged her in her rehabilitation.
