Went to Briargate location. Was told insurance covered 100% and was set to do 6 or so appointments. I decided to cancel follow ups until I saw a bill and am very glad I waited. My insurance did not come close to covering 100% and thats a big deal when you are looking at several appointments. Overall I felt the appointment was a disappointment and my shoulder healed on its own in a week. What I was shown and billed for could have been solved with a google search. My mistake believing I needed to see a professional. Very nice people but I was hoping to get information I didnt already know. Normally I just wouldnt leave a review but when a company is telling people insurance will cover it when they dont actually know I need to pass that on to others.

Ok... This morning I returned a miss call from this facility. From the beginning the receptionist who answered the phone had attitude. I explained my situation, still set on what they ASSumed needed to happen. First impressions ONLY happen ONCE. Oh to top it all off when I mentioned a better way to address the situation she hung up the phone! WTF..... Call back to speak to supervisor and apparently I was on hold till I got hung up on again..... Called 3rd time and no answer. Waited 15 min called again same person answered no name and I stated to talk to supervisor put on hold and hung up..... Worthless receptionist with absolutely no customer service SKILL at all. Will never go here not even once good job!
