First, I will say that my Physical Therapist at this business was pretty good. Unfortunately, you dont typically spend that much time with the PT (unless its the first visit) and then your passed off to the Assistants who do not always seem clear on treatment. The facility is in need of updating. I was treated very poorly by the front office staff from day one. I was polite and pleasant so the treatment I received seems unwarranted. On that first visit, I had to keep repeating myself about my insurance information and that I did not have a copay. There were two staff members and they seemed to really struggle with some very basic concepts of Office Management and insurance. The copay situation was straightened out (or so I thought); I went back for my PT but when I was leaving, one of them asked me for a copay. ??? I had to explain again that I do not have a copay and why. Admittedly, I missed my first appointment due to a family emergency (which I rarely do). I had a couple more appointments after that and and had to cancel one because of a last minute change in my daughters after school pickup schedule. I called to cancel and told the truth and was still charged $50. I understand the point in having this policy having been a Medical Office Manager for 10+ years. However, in my all my adult years (Im 46), after living in 3 states and raising 7 children in a military family, I have never been charged a cancellation fee. The Office Manager at Peak would not bend on this, though. No offer to split the fee or anything. How foolish is that to lose a patient over a $50 cancellation fee? Truly bad business practice. NOTE TO OWNERS: 1. You will not achieve patient compliance through punitive measures - that begins and ends with the service and treatment they receive. Save the punitive steps for those who abuse your system. BTW, I am not one of them. 2. You need new Office Management if you want your doors to stay open. (Feel free to contact me; I could have these problems resolved promptly.)

I started going to Peak Physical Therapy after I tore my ACL/Meniscus and had my first surgery in August of 2016. Erica Roberts was my first physical therapist. She was wonderful and helped me through all the complications I had for a year. Unfortunately, I had three surgeries during that time on my knee. After Erica left Peak Physical Therapy, I had my fourth knee surgery and she recommended me to see Justin Rice. Justin is my current physical therapist. I cannot say enough good things about Justin. He is knowledgeable in what he does. He makes you work, but does not push you over your limit in function. Honestly, all the physical therapist that work here are wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs PT. Peak Physical Therapy is my second home and if I could give it a higher rating I would.

I would recommend Peak Physical Therapy to anyone I know who needs a physical therapist. The front desk staff if friendly and engaging. My physical therapist was very knowledgeable and when I wasnt a "text book case" she stayed with it and we figured out what was going on. After my experience I decided to take my older two kids there. My daughter plays soccer and seeing all the knee injuries for the girls decided to see if there was any underlying issues and to make sure she was doing exercises that would prevent injuries to her knees in the future. My sons body hurts all the time and Katy found some significant muscle issues that we are working through. Looking forward to him feeling good!

Nicely done. 2 months of 24 sessions for me and every session was met with smiles by Katie at the front desk. Always a great way to start a session. The whole team seemed to work well together. Very light and open environment. My therapist Erica was also awesome! Always smiling and conversational. Now to the PT itself. Great stuff. I learned more than I thought I would along the way. You definitely need to put in the work outside of your sessions to see advancement. I started at about 10% functional with my knee. Im now at about 80-85% 2 months later. I couldnt have done it without Erica and the Peak team. Thank you!

I have utilized the Physical Therapy services of Peak Physical Therapy in Parker, CO on four separate series of sessions over the past 5 years. I developed an on again off again sciatic nerve issue. Each time the physical therapists have helped return to normal after 5-8 visits. I just completed another round of visits with Bryan, who is very professional, straight forward, and personable. bryan is an excellent example of the trained therapists who are available at Peak Physical Therapy. I am very pleased to work with this group any time my sciatica flares up. I strongly recommend these physical therapy professionals.

Excellent therapists and staff. However their decision to use the referring physician for a billing service is unethical and should probably be illegal without disclosing the arrangement to the patient. This allowed them to claim that I would only be charged a $20 co-pay at the time of the visits, but 4 months later I got a bill from the physician for an additional $100 per visit. I have sent emails and left 3 voicemails for their front office and owner over the last 2 months but have never heard back.

I recently had rotator cuff surgery and have going to Peak PT to get the shoulder and muscles back in shape. I have been working with Justin R.(Chrissy H. a couple of times too!) and he has been fantastic - fun to work with, keeps me progressing in the proper way, and the shoulder is getting back to normal. I would highly recommend Peak to anyone to need their services. I have found everyone who works there to be very friendly and helpful.

I am very pleased with the help I received at Peak Physical Therapy. Justin and all of the staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. After two months of therapy, I am almost back to normal after surgery. I could have never done it without their help. I highly recommend Peak. They are the best.

The facility is excellent. There are private rooms for individual treatment and a general area for exercise, heat and stim. It is really nice to be treated privately. The PT was excellent! The front desk is well trained.
