This is the worst place! Every time I go to this location, the "store manager - Stacy" is rude to customers. This time, I heard a customer ask for another associate, and Stacy stated that the person is "not in the business now". The customer then asked what she meant by that, Stacy replied, "she is out on personal leave, I cant say anymore than that!" Then said in a snarky way, "how can I help you?" Stacy is so fake and truly needs a course in customer service. I have several choice adjectives for her, but will refrain from this site... She is always condescending to the employees and customers! Unfortunately, I try and stay away when she is there, but had to go into store for my daughters needs. Im going to try a different Lens Crafters....

I have been brining my family here for years! The Doctors did not take notes on my records so now they share no accountability when we need more direction on why a child would get headaches from her glasses. When your shuffled through the process and told one thing when your there, and then another when you call in....it shows the unprofessionalism. Seeing this is an inquiry for my child, I am so disappointed with the Dr I spoke with today....unprofessional, unwilling to help and terrible listening skills. I will never bring my family to this location again. Very disappointed :(

Jackie at Bloomingdale LensCrafters took the time to properly fix my new frames so they were not crooked on my face. I appreciate that she cared about my appearance/comfort, so much that she waited for the Retail Manager Nikki to double check a properly adjust. Thank you to both for the great service!

Went there with my girlfriend and they were really helpful. It was pretty busy the night we went and we had an appointment. They do walk ins but depending on the time you go id make an appointment.
